Perfect home to stay with friends. Clean and comfortable and great location.

This was our second stay at Saddlestone Cottage, and, once again, everything was exceptional. The kitchen is more than adequate, and everything is so clean. Communication with the owner great. Plenty of seating for everyone. We didn’t lack for anything. Plus, having the winery right across the road is great!

This home is beautiful and well appointed. The beds are super comfy and it was perfect for three couples with each bedroom having its own bath and a half bath downstairs for everyone to use. The winery is across the road and beautiful! We will definitely be back!

It is a beautiful and clean home. There was plenty of room for 6 adults in the house and around the dinner table. There is a newer pergola in the back of the house that wasn't listed which was a nice surprise. I would stay here again.

The house is even better than the pictures show. Everything was great!! The bedrooms with bathrooms were large and had everything needed. The yard was beautiful. The house was the cleanest house we’ve ever rented. The kitchen is fully stocked. Beds and furniture were comfortable! We walked to the winery and it was amazing.

We liked the amount of space in the bedrooms. Kitchen had everything we needed including two types of coffee makers. It was beautifully landscaped and in a great location. We would stay again next time we hit the bourbon trail.

Beautiful property. We didn't get much time at the house. The house is nicely renovated. Beds were comfortable. Squeaky floors to be expected.

We truly enjoyed our stay! The house is clean and in a nice quiet area. The host was wonderful to work with. The WiFi is rather weak, but other than that it was perfect!

This was the perfect house for our trip. We met up with two other couples and each bedroom has its own bathroom, it is located close to town with conveniences and central to many distilleries. We arrived a bit early so we hung out at the winery and had a great time! At the end of each day, whether we made dinner at home or played games and laughed, we all felt so comfortable and cozy. Highly recommend! Just be careful on the stairs; they are very slippery.

Our vacation rental was a delightful haven, providing a pleasant and cozy atmosphere. The spacious layout fostered a sense of togetherness, encouraging meaningful connections and memories among our group.

Property was nice, easy to get to. Cute three bedroom each had its own bathroom. Complaint is, the toilet paper was the cheapest crap ever. Carpet was kind of stained. Bed was comfy.

This property was very accommodating for our 3 couples friends getaway. It was close to everything we wanted to do! Midway restaurants were excellent! The Equuis winery next door was a bonus!

Wow! We all loved the house and the property. Everything was as advertised. The location was perfect for exploring Lexington and the other small, quaint towns nearby. An added bonus was the winery across the street.

This house was perfect for my family vacation, it is in a perfect location, with an amazing Winery across the road.

We stayed during Helene and Pam was great about staying in communication with me regarding roads/power outages. The house was perfect for 3 couples. Plenty of seating in the family room to enjoy each others company. The grounds were beautiful, though we weren't able to explore like we wanted to with the abundance of rain. Would definitely recommend

Beautiful property and charming house with 3 master suites. Convenient to the area attractions and the restaurants in historic Midway were a pleasant surprise. Owners were easy to communicate with.

Our group enjoyed this property and its quiet location. The three bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms were perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals. Would definitely stay again.

My family used this as home base for a few bourbon tours and some historical Lexington sighteeeing. The home was in a great location for this and was clean, well appointed and updated nicely. You can’t beat having 3 ensuite bathrooms for three couples! And having the winery with life music across the street was a bonus! We would absolutely stay again!

Just as described, the property has everything you need. Perfect for 3 couples, we each had our own room and bathroom. We had one issue but Pamela got it sorted quickly.

What a gem this is! We had a big group heading to Versailles for a friend's wedding and I was nervous to find a spot given the limited inventory in the area. Once I found Saddlestone Cottage; however, my mood lifted and all of a sudden I'm the hero of our section of the group (3 couples) for finding such a pristine and perfect place. Not only is the setting peaceful and idyllic (situated directly across the street from a winery) the house itself is well-appointed and the fact that each bedroom has its own full bathroom is spectacular. If we ever find ourselves needing a place to stay in that part of Kentucky, you better believe we're checking Saddlestone for availability first!

The house has large bedrooms with sitting areas, plus a couple of common rooms. This gave us space to be together as well as our own spaces when we wanted it. There is a winery across the street, a nice yard and it is close to the Bourbon Trail. We will definitely stay there again if we return to the area.

It was so nice to have so much room for 3 couples traveling together for a long weekend, attending the Midway Bourbon & Blues Festival. Having 3 bedrooms with 3 insuite bathrooms was a bonus. We enjoyed the property, the gazebo, flowers & found the blueberry bush with blueberries ripening. I’ve already mentioned coming back & staying here again.

Me and two friends have stayed in this house at least four times and we keep coming back because both the house and the host (Pamela) are just wonderful! We have already booked another stay. Book with confidence!
