Beautiful & charming! Gorgeous kitchen! Andrea was a great host! We did get to enjoy some time on the front porch watching the horses grazing next door. This location was under 30 minutes from Keenland, great restaurants, Windstar Farm and charming Midway!

Host was very helpful and addressed any concerns. Great location and the home feels brand new. Great comfortable beds and nice bathrooms.

This was our second time staying here in KY and it’s one of the best places we’ve ever stayed in, period. It’s impeccably clean, very well stocked, and the location is so gorgeous. The owner is so kind and so thoughtful. We’ll definitely be back!

The entire experience was perfect! The owner connected me immediately and kept in contact during our stay. She offered spot on suggestions for activities and dining. The accommodations were wonderful. If you are a horse person, check out the prints on the upper level but my favorite was the horse in motion by the back door. Cocktail hour included horses and deer in the pasture next door as we enjoyed the front porch. Kitchen had everything we needed but we only prepared breakfast. Returning home after bourbon tours or our day at Keeneland was all we needed. The only reason we left was because our host was hosting friends. One of the best VRBO experiences!

The location eas very nice. We had a wedding at the Saxony Polo Barn to attend, the location of this house was very convenient for the wedding. The title says it all. This is our second time staying at Andrea's house and we are already looking to come back. That really is all you need to know. But the house is very comfortable, well appointed, has everything you need - including the occasional glimpse of horses in the pasture next door. Everything about the house is wonderful. Location is wonderful, easy access to many activities in the area. Come and stay, you won't regret it.

My husband, teen son and I had a charming stay in this beautifully restored and renovated cottage in the country. We loved the location as it was quiet and in the middle of all that is Kentucky Horse Country. Big name Thoroughbred Horse Farms with gorgeous barns, rolling green hills, miles of fences and plenty of stunning horses in the pastures, including foals. Keeneland Race Track is a short drive away and the cute little town of Midway a few minutes drive for shops and great local restaurants/bars. So much early American history around the area within an hours drive radius as well. Of course, Bourbon abounds here, and we were close to many distilleries, visiting Buffalo Trace (which was free!) and Woodford Reserve. The cottage itself was smartly decorated for the location and very well done with top notch linens, towels and kitchen appliances. We did not eat in, choosing to support the local spots but I noticed plenty of pots/pans dishes etc. Since we came during the heat wave we did not use the firepit or get to sit on porch much, but the cottage A/C worked perfect and we wanted for nothing. We would love to come back again and stay at this property, longer this time as it was a highlight of our family vacation.
