Boho chic beach escape

Good layout. Clean and neat. Lamps and lighting could use updating.

The stay was lovely, I enjoyed the house! I wouldn't say its walking-distance from town, but it was just a 10-20 minute drive away. The house had ample spaces to sleep and sit, the kitchen was stocked and mostly clean. There were a good amount of towels and there were even hotel sized toiletries in every room. We did use the laundry which worked well. The AC was easy to use and there was lots of space for parking in the driveway. Check-in was simple but I only received check-in instructions about 30 minutes prior and there were still landscapers there after the 4pm check-in time. The backyard was not cleaned, the patio and patio furniture was very dirty and covered in leaves. There was a dead animal in the lawn; the landscapers had just been there to mow and I guess didn't notice. This was disappointing because we had a big dinner planned in the back since it was nice out! Overall, I'll give the house 4/5 stars for being a nice big house with lots of amenities but for as much as we pay for cleaning on these sites, I expected more.

This place fit our needs perfectly for our family's short two-night stay. Really quiet neighborhood, and plenty of bedrooms. Con was super responsive answering a question that I had. Highly recommend it!

The house was beautifully decorated in a nice quiet location.Every room also had A/C and tv’s. So comfy. It was easily accessible to the Cliff Walk/ beach and downtown Newport. A couple of items to note; the upstairs bedroom with the bathroom attached- the sink’s water pressure was very weak. Hopefully, there is a way to fix it. Also, the bedrooms had no shades or curtains. That might be something to add. Our family are not early risers so it was a tad bright at 6:00am. Otherwise, the owners did a great job with the property! We had an awesome time.

This is a lovely home, very clean and conveniently located. Our family enjoyed a few peaceful days celebrating Thanksgiving here.

The house was beautifully decorated and immaculate. We easily fit 10 people with the use of the three sofa beds. Although we did little cooking, it looked like everything you would need is provided. Easy drive to downtown Newport, the Cliff Walk, and a beach. Great place to stay.

We had a pleasant stay, the house was actually more impressive than it was in the pictures which is usually the opposite?. Very clean and spacious with TVs in every room loaded with all the streaming services to boot. Very conveniently located to Easton Beach which is the start of the race( about a mile) and to downtown Newport as well. Would highly recommend it!

Plenty of space/beds to fit our group of 11 comfortably. Great location in striking distance of various parts of Newport, would book again if back in town!
