Best of Beach Haven, completely renovated sizeable half duplex in Towne Club!!

Great location and was perfect for my family of 5. Super spacious!

This was our tenth annual trip down, and we’ve stayed in lots of different spots. Even though we’ve stayed within a block, block and a half, of this property, it immediately felt closer and within more immediate proximity to everything. It was something that everyone noticed and commented on quite often, which is clearly a good thing. The house itself is quite a good deal, with a ton of room to spread out and actually get some personal space, which works nicely with multi-generational guests. Everyone loved the place and have requested that we book it again next summer- can’t get higher praise than that!

The property is spacious with plenty of storage. The property owner respond to all questions quickly. While it isn’t Oceanside the walk to the beach is a straight run.

Didn’t drive once. Walked to everything.

Perfect location, very comfortable and clean. Owner very responsive and check in was easy. We enjoyed staying here and will book again in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The owners were consistently prompt and helpful with their communication, which made the experience even better. Additionally, the location of the home couldn't have been more perfect. Suggestions for Improvement While our experience was overall great, we do have a couple of suggestions that could enhance future stays. Firstly, we recommend investing in real dishware as an addition to the home. The current plastic dishes provided cannot be used in the microwave. This limitation presented a challenge during our stay. Secondly, we suggest checking in with the cleaning service and managing expectations. Out of respect, we chose to go barefoot in the home, but unfortunately found ourselves having to rinse our feet before bed due to the dirt that accumulated on the floors. I suspect that this has not been brought to the owners attention, as I know they go out of there way to ensure their guests have a nice stay. Those two minor issues aside, we had a lovely time. There were many positives about this house. The kitchen is very nice. However chairs at the table are quite uncomfortable and should be replaced. Also, the barstools are very uncomfortable. All Plastic Dishes and glasses in kitchen. Nice appliances. The living room is lovely however TV Wi-Fi does not have enough power and the picture keeps Freezing. Upstairs has three nice bedrooms, nice mattresses comfortable rooms. Balconies were not clean so I had to clean them. Great location, great beaches and wonderful seafood restaurants in area. Overall we had a lovely time.

Clean and modern townhouse central to everything you'd want it to be. Would stay again.
