This direct beachfront home offers a comfortable right on the sand experience with an outdoor bar area and huge dual outdoor showers!  Spend your days in the sand and surf taking advantage of the sunshine while you swim, fish, shell, and build sand castles. Once you've exhausted your surf side's fun, come back home to prepare your favorite dishes utilizing the spacious open kitchen and BBQ grill!



The Space:

RELAX on the multiple decks with yourbeverage of choice (cocktails or coffee, we don't judge) while the sun sets and the stars come out over the sparkling Gulf water from the multi-level HUGE decks.



SLEEPING/BATH ARRANGEMENT: (sleeps up to 8)

All 3 bedrooms are outfitted with luxurious bedding, as well as, bathrooms with luxury hotel grade towels.

~ Primary bedroom on the upper level and has a King bed and deck access/amazing views (sleeps 2)

~ 2nd bedroom is also on the upper level and has a Queen bed and deck access/stunning sunrises (sleeps 2)

~ Full bath on the upper level in between the bedrooms

~ 3rd bedroom is on the main level with triple bunk bed, Twin over Twin over Queen (sleeps up to 4)

979 VACATION PROPERTY SERVICES:

All 979 Vacation Property Services rental home follow local and state tax rules. Reservations may be booked up to 365 days in advance of check-in. Please send inquiry and details if your stay is more than a year out as rates and availability may not be updated. Each reservation includes applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, $1,000,000 liability protection and $10,000 damage insurance - No Security Deposit Required!



CANCELLATION POLICY:

When booking direct with 979, you may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund. Some exceptions may apply for last-minute reservations. After 24 hours, cancel at least 30 days before your check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment less a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable.



Reservations made on 3rd party channels/OTAs such as Airbnb, VRBO, Booking, Hopper etc may be subject to terms and conditions which may be different than 979's. When booking through a 3rd party channel, the cancellation policy you agreed to at the time of booking is the cancellation policy on your reservation.

    We loved this home! It is perfectly lovated steps from the beach with a private boardwalk. The kitchen was well stocked and the upstairs downstairs balconies made for beautiful views aby time of day! We would definitely stay again.

    This house has a great location with its own deck down to the beach. However, if you came to grill and chill please do not stay here. We had a small rainstorm one evening when we first arrived. After that, we had to wade through water and fire ants for most of the week because the grill was down in the driveway in calf-deep water. This flooding also made it so I could not wash the kids' clothes for most of the week because the units are in the garage. (Within one day of the rainstorm the rest of the neighborhood was no longer flooded.) On the plus, this place was big enough for our family of four (16-year-old twin boys) and everyone felt like they had enough personal space. The air-conditioning was also a huge plus. The patio was a nice place to hang out while I worked. The kitchen was large and accommodating for cooking with a giant fridge and two wine coolers. The dishwasher did not work the entire week, so that was a huge inconvenience for me as well, being the mom of twins. All in all, I would definitely return to Surfside Beach, but I would not stay at this location again.

    We had a good visit the home was steps away from the ocean and the bedroom balcony was my favorite spot to sit and journal.

    The house was not clean, we had cockroaches in the house, furniture was broken or broke when we were there. The dishwasher didn't work after the first day. The water smelt bad. Kitchen cabinets and counters needed help. The bathrooms in the house looked like they had been recently redone in the photos but in person the fixtures all needed to be replaced. The pictures of the house were very deceiving. The floors in the house had many soft spots in them making it feel like they were going to give in. Overall we were not happy with the state of the house. When we reached out the the property company they were slow to respond and didn't seem like they took our complaints seriously.

    First, the negatives. Many of the doors would not latch or some even close. Overall condition of the house was quite a bit worse than indicated in the photos. Wall going out to the rear deck was actually pulling away from the floor, resulting in s gap below the walk out doors. The one real issue with this was that bugs were constantly getting in through the opening. Positives, are the wonderful location, gorgeous views, and comfortable beds. Overall the place could be amazing, Communication with management was very quick.

    The original house we scheduled to stay at wasn't ready And the recent rain had water standing on the property so they sent is to another house the Vitamin Sea house across town not on the beach the beds were hard as nails you had to wear sunglasses in the house with the large windows and I overall did not enjoy it

    The day we got there we immediately noticed that several of the plugs and switches didnt have plates. The next day after a good rain, water pooled up at the base of this unit so we had to walk through shin deep water to get to our vehicle. All the windows and doors were leaking and there were real bad ants throughout the unit. This unit was NOT ready to be rented out yet and simply was, out of pure greed. The pictures are nothing like the units current condition.

    We would definitely book this property again. While we didn’t get to stay at this exact property did to a maintenance issue after Hurricane Beryl, the property management company went above and beyond to not only ensure our vacation was possible but that we were in a home that was beach front and just as beautiful if not better. Very impressed!

    Excellent location my family and I enjoyed the stay in this property the truth I recommend it has everything as it is in the information. the best the balconies to enjoy the afternoons with the family.     Property needs some TLC. Roof leaked on us one day, couch has broken leg and 2x4 is holding it up. Hole in the wall be the refrigerator, looked like a mouse hole? Decking needs loose boards fixed.
