Beautiful Ocean & Bay Views - 3 Decks, 2 MBR Suites, 2 LRs, park/playground

Great space for extended family. Playground and park right behind the house were nice for the kids to get out for some fresh air. We were there over new years, so it was quite cold. Hope to be able to visit again with warmer weather. Owners were quick to answer any questions we had and gave advice for renting linens. Overall nice owners, great place a seamless get away.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was absolutely fantastic — close to everything we needed and perfect for exploring the area. The house was spotless, very comfortable, and had everything we could ask for. Working with Rich and Donna was a pleasure as well; they were friendly, responsive, and made everything easy. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

House worked very well for 2 families with adult children. Super close to beach. Quiet end of island but not far from mini golf, restaurants and Murphy’s market.

This house was perfect for our family! My 5 year old especially loved the bunk beds and the ice cream shop next door. The house was spacious and clean, so close to the beach, playground, etc. It was a great stay and we booked again for next summer!

We rented the house for family and friends coming in from out of town. There was plenty of room for guests to stay. The location was perfect! Whatever questions we had were quickly answered by the owners. Overall great decision!

We recently stayed at this NJ Shore rental home in LBI for our son's wedding, and it was absolutely perfect for our family. The house comfortably accommodated our two other sons and their families, with plenty of room for our five grandkids to run around. The weather was perfect every day, making the short walk to the beach and playground a great way to keep the kids entertained.The layout of the house was ideal, with three bedrooms on the first floor where our boys and their families made their home base. My wife and I enjoyed the king master suite on the second floor. The house is conveniently located near all the amenities you'll need, such as restaurants, a beer and wine store, and a supermarket, yet it's in a less touristy part of the island. This made it a great location, especially during the off-season.Most of our activities were in Ship Bottom, and since it was late April, all the traffic lights on the Boulevard were flashing yellow, making travel back and forth very convenient. We had no issues driving around. We were all very happy with the accommodations. Rich and Donna were great hosts, always available to answer any questions we had.We had a fantastic time in this very cool house. The rooftop deck is the pinnacle of the property and the best-kept secret for anyone looking to get away, chill, and escape the noise for a while. It's a very relaxing and peaceful place with stunning views!

Rich was very responsive and easy to work with. The property met our expectations in every way. Was just as the pictures led us to believe. We were only there a short time, it was the off season, and it poured rain for most of our visit, so we didn’t get to enjoy the decks or take in much of the scenery, but our stay was comfortable and the location very convenient.

My friends and I stayed here for a weekend in October to attend a wedding. We needed a lot of space to fit everyone and wanted to be close to the water, which this house hit on. My friends particularly loved the decks/rooftop area which was a perfect place to hang out. Even better than the home itself was the hospitality that Rich and Donna showed us before, during and after our stay. They were unbelievably accommodating in a way that I have never experienced on one of these rental platforms. Highly recommend renting this space for a future trip to LBI

The house was lovely! It was clean and in a great location. Rich communicated with us multiple times before and during our stay. You can tell that the house is a home and taken care of. Steps from the beach! Enough space for everyone to be comfortable.

This proprty is just as described. Clean and owners are very easy to work with. Lots of room for our large family vacation. Only short drive to Fantasy Island and Bay Village shopping. Best part is very short one block walk to the beach.

Rich and Donna, my family and friends had the most wonderful time in your home these past few years. We were fortunate this week with gorgeous weather, beach, boat rentals and daily ice cream next door. I’m glad we booked the wonderful seafood restaurants bayside. Rich and Donna were great hosts! Super informative and fast to respond to any questions we had. The house is in a great location for families with young ones. One block to the beach, right next to an ice cream store, a couple minute drive/bike ride from restaurants, supermarkets, Fantasy Island, and Bay Village. Who could ask for more! Couldn't have asked for a better stay!

Rich & Donna are fabulous hosts. They were so commutative and accommodating for our group. The house was very clean and in the perfect location being across the street from the beach. We even got to enjoy the pickle ball courts behind us. The size of the home was great for our bigger group. Would stay again!
