Beautiful Frankfort Michigan Vacation Home

Myself, my husband, mother, and our newborn stayed here to attend a wedding and the location was perfect! The house had the space, location and necessities we needed. It is within walking distance to down town, the park right across the street is very clean and cute. The pictures of the house are very accurate, it provided great outdoor vibes, along with games and a sauna, both of which we did not take advantage unfortunately. The check in process was accurate and quick and they provided a nice binder of helpful information including local sites and restaurants in the area. Unfortunately the cleanliness was a bit less then desired. The counters and fridge and sinks were dirty and sticky. I whipped them down with a Clorox wipe which made a world of difference. The floors had dirt and needed to be swept. The fans have a large layer of dust on them, many rooms had light bulbs not working. The towels and sheets are dated with the towels having marks and spots on them, and there are spider webs in ever corner of all the rooms. One room had a very strong mildew smell that forced us to switch rooms and close the door during our stay. It was the only room that still had carpet so we are not sure if that was the issue or not. Luckily we had the space available to adjust. The negatives of the place are easy fixes if given more attention to cleaning and upgrading the towels and sheets. If those things were given more attention we would love to stay again.

Cute little place and the location was ideal for race weekend. Will definitely stay there again.

Family loved the cottage and the location to the beach! Park acroas the street for all the family to enjoy! Minutes walk to downtown Frankfort and the beach! Chris and Pam are very responsive a great time was had by All!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Frankfort Cottage. Great location made it easy to walk to downtown. Nice playground across the street. House was clean and had a fully stocked kitchen which made it easy to prepare meals. The owners were very quick to respond to any questions. Our 2nd visit. Will definitely be back!

The house was nice.It had all the basic things you might need, plenty of room for the 5 of us. I personally loved sitting on the large porch. The location is nice and close to all the cute shops and Lake Michigan. I would definitely recommend staying there.Iwouldrecommeujwas nice. It was very close to

We love Frankfort! Our stay was great. Very convenient to the park across the street and being able to walk to town was something new for us. Our hosts were quickly available and made our stay very enjoyable.

Loved the new bathroom and improvements to the house! Great location and very responsive hosts! Always nice to stay here!

We spend large amounts of time on the porch during our stay, watching the world go by and all the people enjoying the park across the street. We walked to town every morning. Won’t be able to rent the house again next year because of having a walking toddler around the many steps in and outside of the building. We were very comfortable and would highly recommend this stay

We loved our stay in Frankfort The house is across from a park where our kids played basketball and on the play ground Easy access to down town and beach We walked to ice cream almost every night. Outside areas provided for great conversation and game night activities. And the Sauna was a special treat. Would definitely stay here again
