The view upon walking into this property was amazing! Full wall of windows illustrating a beautiful calm lake. The property was very clean and updated. It included all the amenities we could want. We loved and want to go back!

The kitchen was fully stocked. House was very clean and inviting. Host were very friendly and communicative. Great property location, will definitely be coming back.

The kitchen had everything you needed for cooking. Three different styles of coffee makers made the mornings easier. Beautiful lake with paddle boat and kayak provided. Very comfortable beds.

Such a gem of a house! Extremely clean, well appointed, and literally ALL the little things to make for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We rented the pontoon and explored the lake, did a little fishing, and enjoyed the sunsets. Our little family will be back to visit again.

We enjoyed our stay the house was clean and well stocked with all the needed kitchen supplies for the cooks of our group. We loved the beach area and playing in the water. I do have to admit all the stairs were a little rough for this 50 group but overall, we had a great time exploring the area.

Check in was a breeze! They were very helpful with everything! They were quick to have someone fix things that happened to break! It was a wonderful relaxing week spent here!

I loved how clean and updated the place was and it smelled great (no air freshener smell!). The kitchen was well stocked with any kitchen gadget that you could possibly need. It worked out perfectly for our group of 4 ladies.

There were some technical glitches with obtaining the passcode to enter, however, it was figured out within an hour and the owners were very apologetic to us. The home is great with living spaces upstairs and downstairs, and bathrooms that are spacious.

I don't even know where to begin. This place was the best place we have rented over the past 10yrs. The house is freshly painted and updated, most everything seemed new. Beds were comfortable. Towels were new and fluffy. Everything we needed was there for us with the exception of a can coozy and smores sticks. But don't worry, we left some after purchasing them at the dollar store. Not a lot to do in town but we were ok with that. Do NOT go to the little Mexican restaurant. Worst food ever! The ice cream places were yummy though! The lake was awesome! Shallow with a sandy bottom near the dock for easy swimming. We rented the pontoon and loved taking it out around the lake. Would definitely recommend and hope to visit again!

We had a lovely stay at this property - it had everything we needed for a couple relaxing days. Our kids enjoyed swimming in the shallow water and taking the kayak and paddle boat out. There was plenty of outdoor space to enjoy, and the inside was clean, nicely finished, lots of natural light with beautiful views of the lake. The lake wasn't loud or overly busy even on a mid-summer weekend. A great spot to relax. We rented their pontoon boat and really enjoyed being able to cruise around on the lake. My only note would be that it was an older boat and none of the gauges worked, so we couldn't tell if it had any gas in it at first. But it served its purpose and we had a great time!

Our stay was amazing! Such a beautiful house with great views and the house was very clean. Had a couple of minor issues which the property owner resolved quickly. Terrific communication and response time. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property. My family and I had a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

We had a great stay for our annual training/retreat with staff here and their other house down the street. It was clean and met all of our needs.

Our stay was related to fishing the nearby Muskegon River so did not use many of the properties/lake features. great place. very clean and comfortable. Beds and pillows were great. Did not use the lake but the location on the lake looks great.

We had a fabulous stay at Brooks Lake House, 3 couples for 3 nights. It had amazing lake views. Our relaxing morning coffee on the deck with the fog on top of the lake was incredible. The house was super clean, and the kitchen was fully stocked. Quality bedding, bath towels, and beach towels were provided and the beds were comfy. Ryan and Jen were quick to respond to questions. We all highly recommend staying here.

The listing is very accurate and the owners are easy to get in contact with. There is plenty of room and the views are amazing! Definitely a wonderful beach house to stay at.

Their rental home was truly beautiful. Very nice and super clean. Lots of steps-which we knew ahead of time. The lake was nice, not much traffic on it at all. Kids were able to tube behind our boat and we anchored and swam.

Our family of 5 had a wonderful time at this home. The lake was gorgeous and the home was more than comfortable for our large family.
