Gorgeous renovated cottage on Croton Pond

The place was clean, modern, comfortable, and perfect for our winter weekend getaway. The host checked in during our stay in case there were any issues, but all was well!

The property is very comfortable inside and out. The house was very clean and had all the features of home. The fire pit, swing, and deck area offer exceptional views of the lake and are fantastic places to relax and leave the world behind. The neighborhood, while populated, is very quiet. Can’t wait to go back……! Will rent the available pontoon boat next time for sure !!!!! And if you like grilling as I do, there is a decent gas grill on site and a very nice meat market a quarter of a mile down the street. We had some awesome filets from there…….

Cabin was beautiful and right on the river which allowed us to sit and enjoy nature. The kayaks were a hit. We truly had a fabulous time.

Cottage is beautiful and oh, so comfortable. We enjoyed having coffee on the back deck overlooking the river then grabbing a kayak for a quiet paddle upstream. I loved everything about our stay and will definitely book again.

Property just as pictured. Clean. Beautiful location. LOVE the beautiful window view of river. The spacious deck, seating, and dedicated fire pit all got frequent use! We saw bald eagles twice directly across river. Very peaceful and quiet. Use of kayaks an added bonus. My husband and I were there to take advantage of The Dragon Trail mountain bike trail around perimeter of Hardy Dam Pond. This VRBO was perfectly located for short drive to various segment access points. Would definitely stay here again if in the area. Hosts were great as well.

The house is absolutely beautiful. The owners did incredible designing and laying out this beautiful house on Croton Pond. There is nothing quite like the peace of drinking your morning coffee at the table in a warm house with a full window view of the water. The house was absolutely the perfect size for my family of 4. The linens and kitchen are well stocked for any needs that could come up. The house was very clean and clearly well taken care of. Highly recommend staying at Eagles Landing!

Todd and Dawn have great rental properties. The location is great. Even in the off season it is beautiful.
