Beautiful 3 Bedroom Home with Ocean Views on Easton's Point

Perfect location for sailing at Fort Adams - very grateful to our hosts for having our team! Such a nice neighborhood, really wish we'd had more time for exploring.

The property is in an ideal location. The layout is very nice. The kitchen, dining and TV area are very cozy. The widows, window treatments and sliding doors need some updating. Overall, we had a great time!

The house was roomy enough for all of us with spaces to gather together and privacy for our young adults and teen. The kitchen was very well appointed with everything needed for meals or takeout. The location was superb with easy access to many sites on our must see list. The property was very responsive (we just had a question, no issues).

Great location, nice house

We stayed at this lovely home in Middletown for 4.5 months during the renovation of our Newport home. From the moment I unlocked the door, it was love a first sight. The home is spacious, tastefully decorated, and immaculate. Several rooms had a great ocean view (First Beach), and the home was within walking distance of both First and Second Beach. The sunsets were spectacular. I had to work during my stay, and it was perfect for working and relaxing-- the internet service was exceptionally good. While only two of us stayed at this VRBO, it is ideal for small or large families. If you choose to stay here, you will not be disappointed; the hosts were great to work with. We certainly will be recommending this getaway to our friends and family!
