Beach View steps away from pedestrian beach!

The house was nice and spacious, the furniture was very comfortable. The view of the Gulf from the deck is excellent. Check in was easy. Ben answered the phone whenever we needed. Will be happy to stay here again!

Nice place to relax

This house was so perfect for my family that we absolutely plan on trying to book this place for our vacation next year! Beds were so comfortable that I wanted to take master king bed home lol. Kitchen was completely stocked with anything you could ever need at the beach and more. The property manager, Ben, was amazing as well. Cannot wait to come back next year!!!

While my daughter got settled into her new apartment as she was moving to Houston to start her residency at Baylor, we stayed in this lovely beach house. It was perfect with a nicely appointed bedroom for each of us. It was also spotless, and before and after our moving-in tasks each day, this daughter-mom-grandmom team enjoyed the sea breeze while sitting out on the deck watching the tankers head into the inlet. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for coffee and a nice breakfast each day, and we heeded the host's advice to purchase ice at the mini-mart 2 minutes away. We also took the excellent advice to eat at the Red Snapper. We had the best meal of our stay at this low-key, casual place with top-notch fresh seafood. Highly recommend! We walked the 10 minutes along the seawall to reach the public swimming beach and then down the pier where we saw ships, dolphins, and a beautiful sunset. The beach area there is small, but friendly, safe, and not overcrowded, with lots of families playing and picknicking. It was probably just a few years since the other side of the seawall that is seen from the house had a small walkable/swimmable beach, but now that the water has risen, that beach is gone. The water comes up over the rocks and breaks over the wall. The view is still wonderful, and fishermen are not deterred by clambering right into the water from the rocks. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying here again in future visits!

This house was everything we needed for our beach trip! We will most definitely come back!

This was a nice and quiet place to stay before Memorial Day, and the sounds of the surf were relaxing! Glad we didn’t have the crowds down in this area, and it was only a short drive up to the beach where we could enjoy being in the water. Loved sitting on the deck in the evening. The kitchen had all we needed to cook a meal, including grilling out. The AC worked well too! Enjoyed this house, we will make it a point to come back!

Absolutely delightful! Furnishings were very comfortable. Location to the Gulf was a short walk and owners were available for needs we didn't even know we had! Great month at the beach.

There is no beach access at this beach house. There are stairs that you see in the picture at the end of the street that lead into rocks and water that is knee high or waist high depending on the tide. There is no beach to put the beach chairs, toys or canopy that you bring to put on the beach that is stated as steps from this home. Also, there were ants in the middle bedroom that my daughter woke up to crawling on her. Other than those two MAJOR drawbacks, it is a very nice home. The only saving grace with the Brazoria County beach that is about 4 or 5 miles down the road that we had to pack up the car and drive to. It is a very nice, clean beach that you can drive on. It saved the day! But very disappointed and disturbed at the wording of this listing.

We loved the look of the house - super cute, fun space and very functional floor plan. Nicely equipped kitchen with clean, usable utensils. Highly recommend. And, Ben was a terrific host - 5 stars!!
