Stayed Jun 16, 2023Great house in a really nice town. Close enough to the beach and the ferry. Good outdoor space to chill in if not wanting to spend all of your time on the beach.

Stayed Jun 9, 2023Beautiful Kismet property with tons of room to hang out both inside and out. Fully stocked with everything you could need in the kitchen and generally!! Great communication from the owner - awesome all around.

Stayed Jun 19, 2022Pros: -- Great 2nd story deck -- Large backyard -- Large kitchen and eating area with plenty of dishes/cups/etc. -- Great TV options (YouTube TV provided on all the TVs). -- Great outdoor grills. Cons (these might be fixed and only might have been an issue during my stay): -- No toilet paper. Property owner said toilet paper was not provided as part of the rental. Absurd. -- Master bath shower/tub was backed up. I bought drano and fixed it. -- Master bath has a leak from the skylight. Not really an issue unless of course it rains overnight and the leak just drips in the tub. I'm a light sleeper so this was annoying. -- Hot tub takes up this huge portion of the deck but doesn't work.
