Stayed Dec 31, 1969The area is a peaceful quiet neighborhood. The basement apartment was neat and clean. The host was friendly and available by text or phone. I will stay here again. The only downside at all is checkout at 10 am. To be fair though I did not ask if I could stay later.

Stayed Oct 7, 2021Jenelle is an incredible host and human! If we had questions she was there to answer. The space is very quiet, clean and cozy, well set up for just checking in and getting into vacation mode. A beautiful garden, complete with chickens. Good energy all around. Super close to Robert Moses State Park -- a large protected beach. Also close to a amazing grocery Food Bazaar and plenty of seriously good takeout. Would recommend to a friend!

Stayed Oct 1, 2021The apartment is a two bedroom with king and queen beds and is attached to the back of the host's house. It is well maintained and clean. Both bedrooms and the living room have nice TV's, and the couch is very big and comfortable.It has a big, fenced in yard with chickens wandering around, so if you have dogs, they need to be leashed. Janelle is very hospitable and is readily available to acommodate any of your needs. Thank you, Janelle! We will be back!

Stayed Sep 7, 2021Great experience. Rental was very top notch and clean. Jenelle was available if needed as well. Backyard was huge too which was great to walk our pups around. Highly recommend checking this place out. We’ll definitely be back again for a visit
