Stayed Dec 24, 2025Lack of Amenities: no broom, no swiffer, no snow shovel no snow brush, no snow salt. No access to laundry room. False ad stated whole house w/washer and dryer turns out it was an upstairs 2nd floor apartment with permanent tenants living downstairs that lied and complained on the very first night stating us adults were awake at 3am making noise when in fact we were so tired from all the holidays to do’s and travels that once we picked up the last traveler from the airport at midnight we were all showered exhausted all sleeping-house quiet by 12:30am Let’s not to forget to mention the only child in that home is a six-year-old that goes to bed by nature daily by 8 PM!! Sharp!! we got snowed in pretty badly and had no amenities whatsoever to clean up to get out safely one adult in crutches fresh post op from surgery we were all very concerned had to cancel our paid planned events-reached out to the host whom promised that night that in the morning, a snow company would come to clean up the property and salt down for safety when I reached out the following morning to the host she seem bothered attitude told us to deal with customer service. Thankfully, we got a very helpful representative-promptly reached out to the host and by late that afternoon we had a snow removal crew come and clean up the property as it was indeed her duty as the owner.

Stayed Jul 11, 2024This place was great. Very clean, the kitchen included everything that was needed to make a full meal, and the kids loved having their own rooms. Everyone was very responsive to questions throughout the stay. There’s only one bathroom which was challenging with a preteen and teenager, but other than that it was perfect.

Stayed Jul 6, 2024Great corner lot with 3 bedrooms, which was perfect for our family. Having separate TV's was nice with multiple kids. The location was perfect for getting to the train to NYC, going to the beach, and meeting up with friends. One of the things I loved most was how easy it was to communicate with the host. Any questions were answered super quickly. One thing some people might not like is being next to a street with some noise from traffic. We use sound machine apps anyway so it wasn't an issue for us. Overall great stay!

Stayed Dec 22, 2023A home away from home. Comfortable beds, comfortable couch, tvs in all rooms all provided us with the comforts of home. Also had great communication with properry mananger. Would hughly recommend and stay again.
