Extremely lucky!!!The owners maintain a pristine home which is fabulously decorated and meticulously clean … top shelf. Additionally, the owner was receptive to my questions, which weren’t many because everything about the home and my stay was perfectly explained to me ahead of time. Stayed Aug 13, 2022Loved the two porch’s and gathering areas, and location on the bay. Would lease again. Two minor issues reduced rating to 4 stars: - only 1 of 4 TVs worked - ice maker was frozen.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This was the perfect spot for a much needed girl’s weekend away! We spent so much time relaxing on the deck overlooking the water! We parked our cars when we arrived and didn’t need them again until we left. Location is absolutely perfect! Walk to restaurants, shops, the beach!! Gerry was a wonderful host and was so easy to get in touch with when we had questions. We can’t wait to come back next year!!
