Stayed Sep 20, 2025You can’t beat the location! Super close to the beach and downtown. We had both parts of the house, which worked out so well for us, as we had a couple of people who were visiting from a later time zone, which allowed them to go to bed later and sleep in later than the majority of our group. We found the main kitchen to be very well-suited to our making our own meals. There were also fans in every room; ceiling fans, and well as smaller, oscillating fans. Bringing our own linens was tricky, as before checkout, we tried getting everything washed and dried before we left; and it meant bringing SO MUCH stuff with us. But I understand why they did it this way, and it worked out just fine. Kathy was super helpful and nice throughout our stay. We even locked ourselves out on the very first day, and she helped us get back in quickly. The house is pretty close to the neighbors, so if you have a rowdy or loud group (like 7 women who haven’t spent time together in many years), you’ll want to be mindful of moving everyone inside
