Cute house with plenty of room for 5 people and two full baths. Nice outdoor area. Quiet neighborhood. Very convenient to Princeton area. House is a short drive to a waterfall.

The house is a great place to stay and Anita is a wonderful host. The decoration is very pleasing and sparks interest in the 50s.

Anita did a wonderful job of making us feel welcome to her family home. The lovely 50’s theme made for fun discussion and learning about history with our kids as well showcased the beautiful history and memories of the house. We loved the thoughtful treats left for our arrival and very much enjoyed the space, live plants, friendly cat named Elvis, deer in the backyard, and close proximity to parks and the mountain coaster. We stayed as a half way point from Ohio to Myrtle Beach and would definitely stay again if we were to travel this way in the future. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay. Very clean, well supplied in kitchen. The host was immediately available and communicated well. We had our dog with us. The yard is large and a good place to walk around. The 50’s theme and all the personal touches made it feel like home. It’s conveniently close to I77 if you’re traveling.

The house was better than expected. Our hostess had coffee, tea, pop and brownie bites waiting for us. The house was spotless, furnished with comfortable furniture, and more than enough linens.

Decent place to stay if you’re passing through and only need a place to lay your head, which is what we were doing. It wasn’t a great fit for our family of 6.A few things not mentioned: •upstairs (where our kids slept) is cooled by window fan units •there are cats that come to the back porch- cat allergies aren’t an issue for us but I can see that being a problem for others if they wanted to enjoy the deck area. We didn’t go out there either wayA few things to improve:•bathroom doorways stick and have to be pushed hard to open•grass needed cut

I really enjoyed all the little touches around the house that makes one appreciate the 50's. The bed was so comfy and I loved the quilt on it too. Sitting on the back porch during a thunderstorm was very peaceful, would totally stay here again!

My family of three stayed here for two days. This home is beautifully decorated and will take you back in time to the 1950’s. There are two full-sized bathrooms on the first floor, a large kitchen, and enough space to accommodate 10 people to eat in 3 different rooms. We made homemade quiche for breakfast and the appliances worked great! The living room is spacious with plenty of seating and we enjoyed relaxing and watching movies. We ate at Moe’s Pizza one night. It’s very close to this home and the food is delicious! This guest house is perfect for families and would be a great location for a girls’ getaway weekend.

This was my second time visiting my son at Concord University and staying at a place Anita owns. The location to the school couldn’t be better. This home was exactly as described in the VRBO description. Athens is a small quiet town with not much to do however Princeton is a short 20 minute drive. You will find a Dollar General and CVS conveniently located from this home. Directions for arrival were clear and arrived in a timely manner. Thank you for your hospitality.

We were in town for a funeral all the way from Colorado. The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood and close to businesses you may need during your stay or remote enough to enjoy a peaceful getaway. House was very comfortable and had everything you needed. Host was responsive & accommodating.
