Avail Aug 28-Sept10! Beach Haven LEHYC new home with pool and outdoor kitchen

Great stay. We were very happy at this beach house. Check-in was very easy. Clean and spacious. Layout was good for our group with 2 masters and separate sitting areas (both inside and outside) both upstairs and on main level. Communication with owner was good. (We had a couple very minor issues/questions, and the owner got back to us very promptly and resolved them immediately.) Location was good. Short 1.5 block walk to beach. Quiet area, yet walkable to town and short walk to Pearl Market. Loved the outdoor space. Pool was so nice to have, and outdoor kitchen and sitting area was lovely. Would definitely recommend this house!

Absolutely loved our stay at this LBI home! The pool was definitely a highlight as well as the beach at the end of the road. Easy walk and not crowded!

Beautiful home located in walking distance to the beach with a lovely pool and outdoor area! Close to the Beach Haven fun but far enough away for the quiet, peaceful feel! Enjoyed the sunset from the second floor porch!

This is a beautiful newly built rental house that is perfect for a vacation rental. There are 2 Master Bedrooms which makes it perfect for 2 families. We had 4 adults and 3 children in total and lived very comfortably. The outdoor kitchen, grill, pool area is perfect for outdoor dinners and afternoon lounging. Everything is new and clean and the kitchen is well-stocked with quality equipment. The location is a perfect short bike ride (1 mile) to Fantasy Island and walking distance to Pearl Street Market and tennis courts. Restaurants and supermarket are all within half a mile. We loved our stay and hoping to repeat next summer. PS- the owner, Julie is very responsive, nice and helpful.

We have been vacationing in LBI for over 10 years and this was by far the most beautiful and well thought out home we have ever chosen. The owners could not have been any nicer and we look forward to going back again next year.

The owners have really thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. The property is gorgeous, especially the outdoor living space where we spent most of our time. A quick walk to the beach, close enough to walk to eat/golf, etc but far enough away that the street is uncrowded and quiet. We had such a great time, we have already booked for next year!

This is my second year staying. The location is great. You can bike ride to all the stores. Murphy's Market is a few blocks away and Fantasy Island is less than a mile. The owner did an amazing job decorating, every room is beautiful. This year we had a new pool and an outdoor kitchen which made the trip even more special. We plan on coming back next year.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house and backyard were beautiful. The house has everything you need and it was so nice not to have to bring sheets, towels or beach chairs. The street is peaceful but its close enough to walk to town.

This is a beautiful house and the owner thought of every detail. It is close to the beach and to the bay. The kitchen is has all new appliances and the rooms are spacious. There are two balconies to watch the sunsets. We plan on renting again for next summer. We highly recommend this house.
