Amazing Home with lots of living space!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was fine, kitchen a little small for a group of ten and minimal space for groceries, and none of the tables would seat all of us for a meal, we brought an additional folding table from home. Location is great, overall the house was in good condition, a few broken items that should have been caught by the housekeepers or possibly the management company. As a whole the group said they would like to come back. The deck on top is great on a sunny day.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was perfect distance to the beach and had lots of space for our 2 families. We’ve stayed here for the last 2 years. TVs were in every room but unfortunately half didn’t work. Needs a little TLC though. Carpet on stairs need to be replaced. And inventory needs to be taken for the kitchen. 2 blenders but no baking sheets. Other than that it was a great trip for our family.

Reviewer Comments: Everybody like the location the house was in great shape clean modern however we did lose a circuit on the last day so the refrigerator and the washing machine upstairs were unable to do their jobs overall a great stay

Found some items in the garbage disposal downstairs that didn't belong to us (baby bottle items) so I threw them away; some dirt/dust underneath beds but no biggie; some doors/door screens were very hard to open. Left 2nd floor back sliding door screen open because it was too hard to open/close.
