Stayed Jul 21, 2024Everything about this place was amazing. From amazing sunsets on the top of the boat house. To everything you needed. The only hard thing was for my older relative hard to get up and down the stone walk to boat house no rails to help him down.

Stayed Jul 11, 2024This is a perfect place for a family reunion. There were 8 adults. A family member that lives close by was able to bring his boats and jet skis up to dock easily. There was plenty of seating areas for everyone inside and out. It's a perfect house with plenty of towels and shampoo, etc. I very highly recommend this house. I am considering of renting again.

Stayed Aug 7, 2023Great 9 days of fun in the sun! This house was an amazing find. Clean and well updated. Had everything you needed to cook, eat and drink. Desirable Alex Bay Area. Only downfall I could say is the stairs leading to boat house. A railing would be an added bonus for the older crowd.

Stayed Jun 18, 2023The hosts of this home are very kind and very helpful! The house does have some quirks, but it is a gorgeous home with excellent access to the water and plenty of room for all your guests. We especially enjoyed the boathouse rooftop deck. It was a great place to relax!
