House is beautiful!! Communication was great! Only thing negative to say and it is no fault of anyone, the yard was difficult for my senior dog to access, steep basement steps made it impossible for her to navigate. Other then that we had an amazing time!

This was a perfect location, in the Rondout neighborhood. The house is cozy, charming and so comfortable. We could walk to our friend's house, to restaurants and the nearby shops. Hopped in the car to head out to apple picking and a great dinner at Chleo uptown. Rebecca and Steven are warm and welcoming, and were very quick to my questions. Can't wait to book my next stay there!

This is a beautifully appointed little house. Whoever decorated it has a wonderful sense of style! It is also well-stocked, with plenty of paper goods, pots and pans and dishes. It is clean and everything works well. It feels bigger than it is, because it has a great flow. The location is awesome. We came up on our boat, and some members of the family stayed in the Tiny Dream House, while others were on the boat. It was easy to walk back and forth between the two, enjoying the Rondout neighborhood along the way (btw, we had a great dinner at Armadillo, just around the corner). We will definitely stay here again if our travels take us to Kingston. Thank you, Steven and Rebecca.

We had a wonderful time in this charming home! Kitchen is well equipped, living room is very comfortable with a huge tv that we had fun watching at night! Outdoor space in back is peaceful. Bedrooms are comfortable and bathroom is clean. Host is very responsive, helpful and kind. Great place to stay.

We booked this home for three nights the day before we arrived and the hosts were nothing but accommodating. They went out of their way to make sure we had a crib, high chair, and baby gate for the stairs. The home was clean, very well stocked with items you may need for your stay, and in walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Stayed here in late December. The property was very inviting; nice large TV and cozy couches for relaxing to watch movies in the evening. A nice plus was the large kitchen. This property was in a convenient location in Kingston. Would recommend if you are getting away to the Hudson Valley area.

I have chosen not to submit a review which would be negative. I am a long term housing professional. I do not agree with how the listing was represented. It's best to present notes that the area is in transition. Advising in response to concerns about the property that a security system may work in Brooklyn but not comfort elsewhere. I'm out $3k for my 70th birthday so very unhappy. Know that you have very few reviews for a reason. I hope you learn that best to be transpate n t.

The Rondout is a great area to be in. Easy to get to a bunch of other places in the Hudson Valley, being right near the water was great, the restaurants and coffee and everything else is fantastic. Very easy to get to, quiet neighborhood, and very nice house, everything was laid out super nicely and we really enjoyed our time

We had such a great stay at this little house. So comfortable . The entire place was clean and well appointed. We felt comfortable and safe. Our little dogs adapted right away, thanks to a big beautiful backyard. We were able to communicate with the hosts as needed. I would definitely stay here again. Plus loved walking around the waterfront district … so close. Great stay.

My friend and I rented this cottage for our trip to the New York Sheep and Wool Festival. It was exactly as described and photographed! The cottage is a quick walk to restaurants and a yarn and wine bar. We spent most of our time out of the house, but it was a great home base for our yarn-y adventures. Delightful!
