Stayed Aug 8, 2025First time visiting Newport with friends and this place was perfect for our group. Very spacious, comfortable beds, nice yard and more. Kathleen was very communicative with me the whole trip. Would definitely stay here again next time in RI!

Stayed Oct 18, 2024From the moment I booked to the moment I checked out I had a 5 star experience. Kathleen is the epitome of a property manager.. First she stopped me from double booking, then she showed care and consideration for my dog by acknowledging my pet at booking, asking his name and giving me comfort he was welcomed at the property, then was available late in the evening to answer a question I had. I felt well taken care of and the house is in such a great location- wonderful morning walks on the beach, so close to downtown and a quiet street. I’m actually writing this review just before I’m going to book again! Oh and I didn’t mention the dog treats and human treats that were left for us as a warm welcome. I could go on and on but I need to book my weekend!

Stayed Oct 4, 2024An absolutely adorable cottage near everything: walking distance to the beach & restaurants, quick drive/long walk to all the fun of Newport. The house is super clean & updated with absolutely everything you could want/need for your stay. The beds are comfortable, and the hosts were super communicative. We will absolutely be back!
