The location is perfect. About a 5 minute walk to the beach / pier / shops and close walk from the boat dock as well. Just a couple blocks from Vons so it was easy to carry groceries back. The street is quiet and the house is clean and cute. The backyard has a great grill. Great configuration for our family of five. (Kids 8-13)

An amazing stay in a GREAT home! This was the first trip to Catalina Island for myself and my two young daughters. We had an absolute blast! The home is a great location, not a super busy street and a very quick walk into the downtown Avalon area. It was so nice to have a place (including a cute little private backyard) for my daughters to go take a break from the beach and shopping - much better than going back to a hotel!The check-in and out process was way easier than a hotel and Mark the property manager is a real standup guy, super nice and personable, and made sure we had everything we needed! We'll be back for sure and this will be the house we want!

I had a great time! A place with me and perfect for the Catalina getaway for Father’s Day. The owner was very helpful. Cleaning the property in this area were comfortable. The outdoor CD area was perfect

Nice street with 3 block walk to Vons Market. Easy walk to downtown and most locations. Kitchen dining table needs an overhead lightBoth bedrooms have nice beds, but only 1 nightstand in each room instead of 1 on both sides of the bed. Nice wood flooring, fenced back yard, and had most kitchen utensils available.

Had a great time in Catalina. The VRBO was good and clean. The small pullout couch , in the living room, is a twin and needs a new matress.

It was a perfect location and just as described. We had a wonderful time.

The location was great. Just a 5 min walk from the shops and 5 min to Vons. The space was comfortable and had everything we needed including a nice book selection! There were a few sleeping options. My daughter slept in the walk-in closet instead of sharing a bed with her sister! The beds were comfortable, just squeaky. I always bring earplugs on vacation, so it didn’t bother me. We would definitely stay there again!

The house was not super clean , but perfect location close walking distance for ferry, grocery store and shopping and eating. No need for golf cart at all. Would have been nice to have soft soap in bathrooms.

Stayed with my three grandsons ages nine, seven, and five. Five minute walk to the beach. Great backyard. Even had some wetsuits available. Everything was easy and wonderful. Would definitely stay here again.

My family and I enjoyed staying here for the weekend. A nice cozy home, we would definitely book again! Really reccomend.

This place is very comfortable. Great looking place, in an awesome location. Walking distance to everything. If we ever get the opportunity to cime back to this island, we will definately look this place. 100% recommend

It was so nice to be able to walk to the property from the boat. Everything is within walking distance and you don’t have the noise from the night life. It was exactly what we were looking for. We came back to the rental after our daily excursions, and were able to nap and enjoy a movie with the family and friends. Nice and quiet.

Close to town, great accommodating host. Awesome place. Super all the way around!

Simple but nice

Such a sweet spot to come home to! Very relaxing. Avalon’s shabby chic at its best. Minutes from everything, but on a quieter street than those homes right next to the bar scene. Room to spread out and a nice backyard oasis. The spare bed in the room off to the side of the master bedroom is best for kids though.

took a week long fishing trip with friends. house was cozy, clean and quiet neighborhood. very close to docks. Mark was super helpful, easy to talk to to, and always available. definitely will look to book again.

We weren’t in the house much, as we were out fishing everyday. But the house was comfortable

We stayed here for 6 days in July and absolutely loved it. Our entire family visited Avalon to celebrate my parents 80th birthday & we rented multiple cottages in the “flats” This house was terrific because we had plenty of space to host everyone for snacks & socializing before we walked into town. The house comes equipped with everything you could need, even beach chairs and towels! Having a basket of “kids” puzzles & activities was a hit with my nephew & niece & they played with them every time they came down plus they also enjoyed the little backyard space to play. We have rented many locations over the last 16 years & this one was so convenient and easy. Check in & out was a breeze Mark was great! The house is older, as are most of the cottages in Avalon, but it is well maintained, clean, & comfortable.
