Stayed Mar 10, 2023We needed a place to call home base, for running the Catalina Marathon, and this place is very conveniently located in Avalon. A quick two minute walk to Vons for all our provisions, and an easy 4 minute walk into town. A comfy place to rest up before race day?

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This was my first time using Vrbo and likely the last. I travel frequently and use the other well known rental company which shall not be named so this post will be approved (3 X over the last month) and didn’t appreciate all the hidden late check in and late check out fees that automatically got tacked onto my card because self check in and check our was not made available and I had to coordinate my trip to match the company checking us in. The property was already over priced and after Vrbo’s and the rental management companies fees it became even worse and unbarable.
