The first or master bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed, the third bedroom has continental bunk beds, and the living room holds a queen sofa sleeper. This home offers an updated kitchen and dining area, 60 inch living room TV, a TV in each bedroom, and many updated amenities, which make this vacation home unique and comfortable.If required, heat is provided by three space heaters. No smoking.     Great little place. Very clean and comfy beds. A little too many “things” on all flat surfaces, had to move everything out of the way for space. Other than that, everything was great.

    It would be great to have known there were beach towels available to use. I couldn’t find on site, so brought 5 with us. Thank you! We loved the property!

    Lovely home! One thing that stands out about this home is how kid-welcoming it is! It had loads of kids books and a whole huge bin of kids toys that my kids absolutely adored! Highly recommend for people with children, especially young children and toddlers ! The location was very great too- within 15 min walk from the port and a 2 min walk to the market! The decorations were nice too and the home was very well stocked. Highly recommend!

    The place is very nice- beds are comfortable and the kitchen is updated. It was easy check-in and conveniently located. There were however two things that made it less than 5 stars: 1- the sheets in the master king bedroom were covered in dog hair and also some human hair so had to lay down another sheet that we found in a closet over top to sleep the first night. The property mgmt group sent over housekeeping to fix this the next morning which was nice, but there was no apology or follow up so kinda weird. 2- The listing indicates bunk beds, but this is not accurate. Each extra bedroom has a queen bed. There are also beach towels which is nice (even though property mgmt said there were not any and the listing doesnt include them). Communication with property mgmt appears to all be via text so keep that in mind too.

    This is a great duplex property in the heart of Avalon. Steps away from the market, it is centrally located and easy to walk to most everything in town. One of the hidden gems of this property is that Eucalyptus Ave is closed to cars, which makes for a comfortable environment when you're walking down the street, especially with kids. The property itself is well maintained and well stocked. The kitchen has plenty of cookware, plates, glasses, etc. The washer/dryer is convenient if you need to do laundry. There are plenty of fans, which is useful during the summer. The owner has even taken the time to mount power strips in each bedroom so that there are outlets easily accessible for guests. The living area is quite large and able to comfortably fit everyone. Overall, this is a great property if you are staying in Avalon.

    Loved our stay. Could walk every where and conveniently located near grocery store. If your looking for a water view this is not the house, but doesn't really matter if it takes 3 minutes to walk to it :)
