Pool is open Memorial Day to Labor Day.
For 2025 Cooperstown Dreams Park we are reserving according to their 2025 schedule which is six nights per stay. For Dreams Park only: check in will be 5pm, and check out will be 9am.

Stayed Jul 6, 2025Our stay was amazing! This is a perfect location if you are coming to Cooperstown Dream Park. The owners were more than accommodating and very attentive to any requests that we had. The pool and yard were a great space for the siblings who weren’t playing baseball to relax and play. Thanks, Ollie and family, for a great week in Cooperstown. We’ll look you up again when we come back in a few years for our younger son.

Stayed Jun 19, 2024We had a great stay at this property. The property manager was easy to work with and very helpful as he even blew up the floaties we bought for the pool. It was conveniently located and was comfortable for the 4 adults and 2 children that traveled with us. We would recommend this property to anyone traveling to Cooperstown's Dreams Park. Stayed Aug 2, 2023This house was super cute. It’s an old, east coast farmhouse, that has all the charm and quirks that you would expect. It was perfect for our family while our son was playing at CDP. The owners are super kind and very responsive. The only bummer was that the front porch had been destroyed by a tree that fell weeks before we arrived. I wish we would have been able to use the porch, but other than that our stay was great!

Stayed Jul 22, 2022This was a nice property. Stayed there July 2022 (just noticed I didn’t leave review a year ago). Just a few minutes from dreams park. Really nice to get to the park in the morning. Had some issues with the pool when arrived but owner was very responsive to fixing the issue and answering any questions I had. Good owner and good stay!
