This was the perfect location for attending a football game. Very close to the stadium, lots of room, and several televisions. Loved Stella's, the bar/restaurant down the street. Manager Brian was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

Good location

This was the perfect home and location for our large family to have a home base for our Hawkeye’s graduation weekend. The house was very cozy and nicely stocked. Bryan not only made it feel very personalized with freshly stocked coffee/water, notes and welcome baskets, but also stopped by to clear the driveway and deck from tree helicopters for us to host family for lunch after commencement.Would highly recommend this VRBO and hope to stay again for future Hawkeye game!

Very clean. Very adequate for our family - 2 children, 1 older teens and 8 adults. I initially was concerned about having only 2 bathrooms, but we managed that very well over the 3 days. We were in Iowa City for a wedding and everyone was happy with our accommodations.

Our family group included senior parents, mid age and teens. The house has recently been updated throughout and offered a comfortable setting for our group. There is a lot of well thought out space and amenities packed into this small house. The location is ideal walking distance for IA games and activities. We rented in December and walked to Carver for a game. The driveway is a bit tight for larger vehicles, and careful your vehicle is not on the sidewalk - you might get a ticket. Without a doubt, we would book this little gem again.

We just had the pleasure of staying at the Koser House over Thanksgiving. We couldn’t have had a better experience! Upon arrival Bryan called to let us know how to access the door code and to let us know he turned the lights and tv on for us. Once we got there he had a hand written note and candy waiting for us. The house itself is a dream, the location, the amenities, and the cleanliness of the house was perfect. We had a couple little ones so we had to rearrange a little of their furniture and decor but only to make sure they wouldn’t break them! The biggest hit was the basement where we played cards, watched football, and enjoyed having another living space to gather. For our Thanksgiving meal we needed a can open and Bryan and his family dropped one of to us within minutes! We could see the Kinnick from the drive way which was an added bonus since we were also going to the game! We look forward to coming back and staying at the Koser House!!

All wonderful!! Contact person “Extremely” responsive‼️ Accomadates a large group, bed-wise. Super close to Kinnick Stadium. Only suggestion… give exact detail of how to use the door lock combination.☺️

Great little house with so much space and close to the stadium. The house is perfect for a crowd with many spaces to gather, both inside and out. Decor is super cute. Will definitely stay again!
