Stayed Sep 7, 2025Nice location. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to everything. We didn’t use the bus system but I did notice a stop at the corner. Garage was clean and easily fit one mid size suv and one small crossover. There is extra parking just adjacent to the driveway if you had extra vehicles. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked. Beds were nice. All linens were high quality. Plenty of extra towels and blankets. We didn’t prepare any meals, but the kitchen was nicely stocked with dishes, pans, and utensils. Living room furniture was comfortable. We didn’t use the deck.MOST IMPORTANT (to me): High quality shower heads and plenty of hot water. If you don’t do stairs, don’t stay here. We were fine but elderly or physically limited individuals would not be. Will be making many more trips to UIHC in the next several months and will happily stay here many times!
