3 Bed, 2.5 Bath Large 3 Level Condo West Side Iowa City

Great location for us. Property well maintained and equipped with supplies. Check in was easy. Mark was an excellent host. Will definitely return when back in area.

Very nice condo for the price! I actually stayed here twice. The kitchen is fully equipped and the condo was very clean. Love that I could use the garage too. Mark is an excellent host and very easy to communicate with!! Neighborhood is safe and quiet!

This property is close to everything. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. I love that I could park my new car in a garage! Mark was great to communicate with.

Comfortable home with nice outdoor seating area.

Nice location. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to everything. We didn’t use the bus system but I did notice a stop at the corner. Garage was clean and easily fit one mid size suv and one small crossover. There is extra parking just adjacent to the driveway if you had extra vehicles. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked. Beds were nice. All linens were high quality. Plenty of extra towels and blankets. We didn’t prepare any meals, but the kitchen was nicely stocked with dishes, pans, and utensils. Living room furniture was comfortable. We didn’t use the deck.MOST IMPORTANT (to me): High quality shower heads and plenty of hot water. If you don’t do stairs, don’t stay here. We were fine but elderly or physically limited individuals would not be. Will be making many more trips to UIHC in the next several months and will happily stay here many times!

Cute condo located a few miles from Kinnick. Perfect spot for game day!

This property was surprisingly much nicer than on line photos. It was clean, comfortable and convenient. Stayed there for 2 nights while attending a Univ of IA football game. Will definitely stay again.

We stayed for 7 days and could not have asked for a better experience. The residence was spotless, the location was lovely. Communication with the host was easy and quick. Highly recommend. We hope to stay again.

The property was even better than we expected. The location, the size of the property and nicely stocked.

We enjoyed our weeklong stay here: the furniture is comfortable, the location is minutes from everywhere we needed to go and the property manager was quick to respond when we needed something. We appreciated the good wifi!

No frills condo, and outdated, But good amount of space, and fairly clean. Carpet needs replaced with a solid surface in areas. Appreciated it being in a quieter neighborhood but off a Main Street that gets you to most places. It was fine for the few hours we were there a couple of days.

The townhouse is in an apartment complex near the highway, which is convenient. Very clean and quiet. There was a 3rd bedroom with a bunkbed that we didn't expect. It was quiet and clean.
