It’s a great location and the use of the golf cart made all the difference!
House needs a good cleaning. Bedding needs to be completely cleaned but an update would be best. The house is a little rough.
Lovely place with mountainside and ocean views. Use of the golf cart was great as this home is a bit uphill.
House was perfect for what we needed for family to stay to attend memorial services.
Very nice place to stay, very clean and coxy. Would stay again!
We loved this place. Having a golf cart was so much fun. We have been to Catalina before and we all agreed this was the best place we've stayed. The property management was very helpful. Thanks for making our stay fun and memorable.
unbelivable
The location was great, but the property needs some deep cleaning in my opinion. The golf cart shown in the listing is also not the golf cart that was at the property, the cart we got was way older and smaller. The management team did let us in early which was great since we caught the early ferry, which is why I'm giving it 4 stars.
The management of this property is atrocious. The floor was so dirty we all walked around with black feet all weekend. My 80 year old dad couldn’t stand it on the last day and mopped when we were at the beach. There was a total of six forks for eight people to use all weekend. All the plates and glasses had a sticky film (bug poison?) and had to be washed before use. I got one plate out of the cupboard that looked like someone ate BBQ ribs on and put back without rinsing. I asked management if they knew what the sticky film was and got no response. The house itself is okay, but there are about 100 places to clip your toe or bump your head - strange architecture. It was nice to have a golf cart, as you need it going up the hill. It’s not really walking distance to town carrying beach chairs or groceries (almost).
Close to everything and the golf cart was a plus
