Overall it was an average place. The Master bedroom bed was uncomfortable and there is a sun light directly above the bed. So no mater what time you went to sleep ur getting up at 530am. The communication was excellent and they were helpful with quick responses. The golf cart was a very nice amenity to have which saves you a lot of money if your planning on renting one.

The place was clean but things were not maintained properly. Had to replace half of the lights because they were burnt out. Only two of the televisions were working, cords were missing to the others and half the appliances worked. The golf cart was ok but it backfired all the time. You cannot leave the Avalon unless you book a tour. You cannot go spear fishing unless you go out side the town limits. We found a reasonable place to eat and the dive shop at the casino was awesome.

Host was responsive when contacted. Place was spacooius and very clean, located close to everything

I was disappointed in the condition of some of the aspects of the property. Repairs need to be made to several items.the water pressure on the shower upstairs is insufficient, the sofa upstairs needs to be cleaned or replaced. the front door lock is very troublesome to operate. I had to spend the second day if my vacation waiting to have the property cleaned .Overall I would not choose this property again.

We enjoyed our stay at this cozy home. Very comfortable and cute. Would stay again.

House needs a good cleaning. Bedding needs to be completely cleaned but an update would be best. The house is a little rough.

Lovely place with mountainside and ocean views. Use of the golf cart was great as this home is a bit uphill.

House was perfect for what we needed for family to stay to attend memorial services.
