211CL: Large Deck, Golf Cart, 1 Block to Beach, Pet Friendly. - 211 Claressa

Unfortunately this home was terrible. I would never recommend this to anyone. There was one large pot and one large pan for cooking in a home that slept 10! The towels were stained and we had to use our beach towels to shower. The WiFi hardly worked although I understand that it’s an island. Poor and rundown furnishings. Key details about the property — including the master bedroom being a loft and the condition of the master bed itself — were not clearly disclosed prior to booking and significantly affected comfort and usability.Overall Habitability: With multiple heating failures, unusable sleeping arrangements, and incomplete disclosures, the property did not meet the standard that was represented or reasonably expected for a paid stay.

We had a fabulous time and loved how centrally located the house was. A few concerns were the golf cart breaks, the downstairs bathtub didn’t work and the overall cleanliness of the house. Everything else was great.

Weekend trip

Overall good stay, great patio. Few broken items when we arrived. Coffee machine missing filter strainer and host did not provide a replacement on request. Unit has second unit above it which was not in description. People in unit above were stomping around until 12am for 2 of the nights. Overall decent and good location but too expensive for what u get.

Excellent location and plenty of room for the family. It needs some updating, especially the bathroom and mattress in the upstairs bedroom. The mattress has two dips ( for each side) and only one of the TVs worked. The front patio is big and wonderful and the golf cart was fun. Beach towels/chairs would be helpful. Kitchen was updated and huge. Fireplace doesn’t work. We did have a great time!

Great location that was accessible to everything. Great space for family to both gather and spread out.

We had originally booked the house on Claressa, but due to the Harbor Clean update changing we ended in 353 Eucalyptus. The house served our purpose as an annual family get together. It is very close to Von's and not far from town. The house is old and needs alot of repairs (sloping floor) but is clean and functional. We would use it again.

This property worked perfectly for or mixed group of some couples and some singles. Very clean, convenient, with a nice kitchen that has everything you might need to cook. Very comfy beds and property managers who are easy to reach.
