2 Bd/1 Ba Cabana W Hot Tub/ Bikes/ Amenities. Walk To Boardwalk, Beaches

Extremely clean, well stocked, and convenient! House/shed was equipped with everything we could’ve possibly needed and then some. Truly accommodated 6 of us, from enough dining supplies, bikes (sizes and quantity), and everything in between.

This cabana was the perfect place to stay in Santa Cruz with a family with teens. Situated between the Boardwalk and Downtown, there are many walkable restaurants and stores.Bikes, boogie boards, surfboards, wetsuits, and cornhole provided as well as a hot tub great for star gazing and game room with a foosball table and an Atari console. Grill and tiki bar too. 6-burner stove and gas oven, Kitchenaid Smart Oven available for cooking in the kitchen. Would definitely stay again.

This is great cozy little home to stay for a long weekend for a small family. The hosts are great! This home is not big guy-friendly. Sitting at the dinner table, I felt I was going to break the chair, the back room, and the bathroom had low ceilings, so being 6'3 tall, I had to make sure not to raise my arms. The amenities need some serious upgrades. The microwave has rust inside, the dryer had rust on top, and the barbecue bottom is completely rusted out, and the igniter did not work, so you have to manually, lighted. Beside that everything was great!

Location was great - walkable to restaurants and shops on Pacific, and to the Boardwalk. The house is small and the walls are thin, so be prepared to hear your fellow guests. Nice big backyard. We especially loved the hot tub!

The place was lovely! We booked it for the back yard and it did not disappoint, we spent the entire trip hanging out in the hot tub and grilling. Would definitely stay here again!

This is the perfect spot for exploring Santa Cruz—whether you surf or just want to explore all the town has to offer you are ideally located in this sweet little cottage—little with a HUGE yard. We enjoyed the lovely hot tub. It’s pretty quiet, has parking which is key and has all the comforts of home. Loved it and would return in a heartbeat

This is a cute and small cabana with an excellent location. The backyard is the best part, large with a cute game room and a shed full of many sporting items. Lots of bikes, surfing equipment, beach chairs and more. The cabana itself is a bit tired and could use a little TLC but all in all we enjoyed our stay.

We had such an amazing stay and would absolutely come back! The location was perfect just a short walk to the boardwalk and beach, which made everything so easy and fun.The bikes and boogie boards the host provided were such a great bonus and really made our trip even more enjoyable.Communication was awesome the entire time super friendly host and responsive.Overall, we had the best time and would 100% stay here again!

Perfect downtown location. This property was great for a relaxing couple days at the beach. The backyard is inviting and well laid out for grilling and eating on the patio. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Our family really enjoyed our stay! Very clean and comfortable beds and bedding. Location is awesome! Short walk to the beach and downtown. Loved having access to bikes and beach stuff too! Hot tub was nice to relax in after a day out. The only thing that would’ve made our stay more enjoyable is a tv in at least one of the bedrooms. We will be back!

We stay here a couple times a year. This time it was great to see the fresh interior paint and we really gave credit for the color selections. The hosts are great and communication is easy.

Perfect size. Beds were sooooo comfortable. Hottub and backyard were amazing .Bikes were fun and easy ride to the boardwalk. Paul was extremely helpful and friendly. Would definitely return.!!

We had an excellent time at this property, it was in a great location and was very comfortable. Would stay here again / would recommend to others!

The house is small, ideal for 2-4 people. We were able to host family members (who stayed at a motel) for a Thanksgiving dinner by making it casual, and we enjoyed our time there very much. It is very well-appointed with bikes, surfboards, and beach toys as well as a foosball table and hot tub. The back yard is large and secure, great for our little doggie. The location is perfect; you can walk to the boardwalk area beach as well as downtown Santa Cruz. The house is over 125 years old and has been maintained, but it is still old (don’t expect perfection), yet charming. Overall, we and our family members did enjoy our time there very much. I do recommend bringing kitchen towels and hot pads as there weren’t any available. There were plenty of bath and beach towels.

Beautiful home, beautiful location, it had everything we could need!

We loved it - as always. It was our third year of celebrating my birthday with my 2 daughters and we felt like we were coming home. Only thing we couldn't find were hot pads which would have been useful. Thanks again. We'll be back next November!

Amazing property

The hot tub was our favorite part. The game room left much to be desired.

Always great communication with the hosts. The Cabana is walking distance from the beach, shops and restaurants. We love the yard and just hanging out.

Cute comfortable clean house on quiet street. Great location. Easy walk to restaurants, beach and boardwalk. Large backyard with hot tub, hammock and nice area to hang out, read, play cards…House comfortable and clean. Definitely plan to return!

My family stayed here over a holiday weekend while attending a wedding. The property is conveniently located and loaded with anything you might need. I was unable to locate the iron (it was hiding under some blankets , but exactly where it was supposed to be). The property owned ran an iron right over to us! Thank you!! My only negative was that we could have used another mirror in the house for getting ready for our event, but it worked out just fine. I would love to stay at this property again while visiting Santa Cruz.

Great facilities, especially the games room, hot tub, beach equipment and bikes. A handy location for the beach, shops and main sites.We enjoyed our stay in Santa Cruz.

This is the second time we have stayed at this house and we plan on returning again next year. The house is very cute and the backyard is even better. We loved making use of the hot tub and other backyard amenities. The location is akso perfect with easy access to both the beach and downtown. In addition, the hosts are very responsive to any questions/concerns we had.

Great backyard with a beach bungalow. Close to the beach and boardwalk. Have rented the Cabana a couple times a year for 9 years. Owners are great.

Very well appointed property with great location.

We enjoyed our Santa Cruz getaway. The house was close to everywhere that we wanted to visit, so we walked alot. Enjoyed that very much! House was clean, and stocked with items that we needed for a comfortable experience. Neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. Nice hot tub, comfortable beds. All good!

The house was very clean and well maintained. The back yard is beautiful and was used quite a bit. Having access to the extras like beach chairs,a cooler, sand toys ,wet suits, etc. were a fantastic addition and really helped while we were out and about. The location is great, easy access to everything we needed. We would highly recommend and stay here again

We choose the Cabana because it is close to everything, comfortable and always tidy. We’ve returned every year for almost a decade.

I thought everything was very organized and easy to understand at this VRBO, and lots of helpful beach items in the shed. It was a seamless experience checking in, figuring out how everything worked, etc. We loved the backyard.

We have stayed here twice and love the location with easy walkability to downtown, great cafes and restaurants. The hot tub is perfect after a day of hiking and the large backyard is fun for our daughter to explore. The ease of check in and check out is a big bonus. Beds are comfy and the place is cozy when we come in the winter. We will continue the tradition of stay here for our annual trip and look forward to this gem!

Nice place. Enjoyed all the extras that were included. Such as bikes, paddle boards, ice chest, wagon, and chairs. Everything for a day at the beach. Close to boardwalk (15 minute walk), food and downtown (5 minute walk).

Perfect location for quiet nights and walkable mornings. Easy walks to beach, downtown, boardwalk. Backyard (and hot tub!!) were perfect to soak up sunshine and enjoy the stars (even if it was a misty winter day. Fireplaces to keep toes and spirits warm too. Plenty of towels to keep up with an active family and the beds were divine.

Great location to have fun in Santa Cruz, walking distance to both downtown and the Boardwalk. The place is well-appointed, with comfy beds and a great backyard with fun activities. Could be a little cleaner around the edges and there are some quirks of it being an old beach cottage, e.g. no bathroom fan and the bathroom water doesn't get super hot. Owner was responsive. Overall would stay again.

This is our second stay. It is so cozy, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities you could want. Easy walk to Pacific Street and shopping. Hosts are responsive and eager to please. We'll be back again soon!

We are repeat visitors and always enjoy our time at the Cabana. While we just relax, especially in the yard, it’s easy to see how this listing would appeal to a family with children. Close to the boardwalk, beach and restaurants so there is plenty to do. But don’t overlook the fun games and hottub right on the property.

This property was great for several reasons, good location, amenities and easy to reach owners. The hot tub was great after swimming, and the boogie boards and wet suits were a killer addition for our beachside fun! Thanks so much!
