Stayed Oct 12, 2025We loved our Frankfort Vacation. We stayed for a few days in October during our fall break. The check-in and check-out process was super easy. The home was clean with lots of space and conveniently located to town. We also loved the location near Sleeping Bear Dunes and other small towns!

Stayed Sep 26, 2025Overall good stay! Heads up that the washer/dryer is in the basement and triggering for those with allergies. Living room has a nice ambiance! Great location and easy access to downtown!

Stayed Aug 24, 2025Property was very walkable to downtown Frankfort and grocery store. We were within a short driving distance to Sleeping Bear Dunes. Bike paths were paved and mostly flat.wish the weather had been warmer so we could have kayaked.

Stayed Oct 2, 2024This is a cool, comfortable, spacious house. Conveniently located to downtown, the bike path and the beach. Well stocked kitchen and linens, tons of beds and gathering space for a big group. Were happy with our stay!

Stayed Sep 13, 2024I really loved how cozy, but also functional everything felt. It was such a great location as well! we were able to walk just 2 blocks to Ironman Village, so as an athlete it was so great to be so close. I also loved the personality of the place, the cute deck, and the comfy furniture. Truly enjoyed it and hope that Frankfort hosts 70.3 Michigan again next year so I can request to book this property again!

Stayed Jun 30, 2024Lovved that we could walk everywhere. The kitchen and bathrooms were all great—and those make a perfect trip. The backyard was comfy and easy (with the gate) for our toddler. The front porch was lovely. The only thing to note it that ladders on the awesome bunk beds aren’t attached and so we had to be wary when our kids were going up and down so that they wouldn’t fall (kids were 10, 7, and 2–he never went on). Would definitely return.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had a bachelorette trip and this was the perfect house for us! The decor was great with themed rooms and is within walking distance to downtown Frankfort and the beach. Even though the weather was rainy, we enjoyed spending time playing games inside. We would definitely stay here again.
