Stayed Jul 14, 2017It is sincerely difficult to put into words the beautiful weekend we just enjoyed at the Wilburton Inn . We were a family of 23, of all ages, celebrating a 50th wedding anniversary. Let me just say that from the very first contact until the culmination of the weekend everyone at the Inn was more than helpful and caring and helped make the process seamless. We could not have asked for any better. The Inn itself is something to be enjoyed and savored...but, for us, the absolute best part of the weekend was the people. Everyone, from Albert (the owner of the Inn), Melissa (Alberts daughter and the Innkeeper), to Michele and Christopher (just two of the staff) was so attentive to detail and always ready to help no matter what. They truly treated us like family. All of our group said they felt so comfortable and relaxed (which is not always the case). The Inn is spectacular, the rooms are beautiful and so clean and comfortable. The views are exceptional, the food was some of the best we have ever eaten. The sculptural Museum of the Creative Process on the grounds is not to be missed, and, of course, there is shopping etc. in Manchester itself. I do believe that everyone took something good and uplifting back home with them. Also, we all hesitated and did not want to leave...that definitely says something about where you are. Might I say that it was a bit magical. If you ever have a chance to stay at the Inn with the Levis family...do not hesitate...jump right in...because they WILL make it special. We hope to go back again in the future. Alan and Chris and their whole family send hugs and our best to the Levis family and staff at the Inn

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We stayed at the Wilburton Inn (Wilburton Mansion and Maxwell House) for a corporate retreat this past weekend. Our hosts, Melissa, Alan and all of their staff, were extremely accommodating, considerate and helped to ensure every detail was attended to. The old world charm of the mansion creates a unique ambiance that adds an elegant touch to the stay. The chef, Gary, prepared wonderful breakfasts and dinner during our stay and the grounds offered lots of space to walk, enjoy, and explore. We highly recommend a stay here! Whether you are a couple looking for a romantic getaway, a family looking to get out of the city or a large group, the Wilburton is the perfect place to make memories you will never forget.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Wonderful experience! We hosted a family reunion of about 40 people and the Wilburton was perfect -- great location, beautiful accommodations, and a very helpful staff. We could not have been happier.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969My family stayed at the Wilburton over a holiday weekend and we couldn't have imagined a more perfect vacation spot. The rooms were immaculate, the staff was warm, friendly and professional, and the location was exactly what we were looking for- a beautiful, tranquil oasis, but only a 5 minute car ride to the vibrant town center of Manchester. Our breakfasts at the Inn were healthy and delicious, featuring the incredible bread from local bakery Earth Sky Time farm- amazing! We definitely want to return this summer for the farm to table banquets they hold during the week. The staff recommended so many wonderful local activities to us and we loved exploring the area. We especially loved learning about the fascinating sculpture garden on the property. The Levis family are extraordinary innkeepers, we can't wait for our next visit.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969You don't just stay at the Wilberton, you experience it! Our accomodations in the Equinox Views Villa were outstanding, the room was spacious, well appointed, incredibly comfortable and with gorgeous views from every window. The Inn-keepers are so warm and welcoming, they made our visit truly special. Breakfast was a culinary masterpiece, from the homemade breads and preserves, to the quiche, pancakes, fresh fruit and oh the lemon coffee cake...if I didn't live 3 hours away I would be there every morning! I most highly recommend the Wilburton and look forward to returning again soon.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had a group of 10 staffers at the Wilburton Inn August 4-7. We had the most fantastic stay. Our six bedroom, 6.5 bath house was perfect - clean, comfortable with stunning views. The grounds of the Inn are spectacular and unique - with a real story. The hospitality is truly amazing ... something you'd only find at a well run, family owned Inn. Thanks to Melissa and the entire Levis family for making us feel so welcome.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Seven of my coworkers and I had the pleasure (and luck) of staying at the Wilburton while in Manchester on business. It was the perfect place with spacious, clean rooms, all amenities and a great open kitchen/dining area. We were able to work together and have our privacy. Highly recommended. We attended the weekly Wednesday night dinner party at the main house, what a wonderful collection of interesting people combined with delicious food and live music. All set against the gorgeous grounds and starry night. Melissa and her family are the ultimate hosts.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969I went in with the expectation that we had rented out a house, all to ourselves, but really the Wilburton Inn is... an inn! With a front desk and a full restaurant and a cleaning staff. The family that runs it is SUPER SWEET, and went out of their way to make sure my family was comfortable and taken-care-of. This house is perfect for any groups who are looking for interactivity with their hosts, as well as breakfast every morning and a wonderful farm dinner on Wednesdays.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We just stayed at the Inn in the Equinox Views Villa and had a wonderful time. Our room was huge with a very comfortable king-sized bed. We loved walking out of the door and into nature but still having the main Mansion be easily accessible for breakfast and hanging out in the main room. I was there during a wedding and the breakfast was incredible, with an assortment of bread made by the owners’ son and breathtaking views overlooking the mountains. I wasn't part of the wedding, but I found myself wishing I had gotten married there. The owners were hard at work from early in the morning until late at night making sure the couple had the wedding of their dreams. This is a family-run business with family photos in the main room of the mansion and I loved that lived-in, eclectic vibe. It's a very special place.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969My family stayed at the Wilburton Inn over the Christmas/New Years week. We had 3 families and 3 kids between the ages of 1 1/2 and 3 1/2. The accommodations were not new, but very charming and probably the best that we have had in all the years that we have been renting in the Manchester area. The house was spacious and we all had our privacy. The living room/dining room area was very large and great for the kids. The kitchen was fairly well stocked. It was great having a washer and dryer in a spacious laundry room. The location was very convenient, and the grounds were good for sledding, hiking, snowshoeing, etc. There was plenty of room to move around. Although we did not use it, having a restaurant in the main building is a very convenient feature The owner and his staff were very gracious and tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We are all looking forward to a return trip in the near future.
