Stayed May 24, 2025Overall our stay was great. We stayed with our family of 12 with ages 50 down to 1. There was lots of space in the house with several hangout places. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of table service. The main dining table was perfect for a large group. The kids loved the arcade and basketball shooting game inside and enjoyed the fire pit and lake outside. We were pleasantly surprised at how much action there was while fishing. We had hoped to use the pool but it was too early in the season and not warm enough. The Blackstone griddle was a great compliment to the gas grill and we used it frequently. The adults and kids also really enjoyed the hot tub. The long paved driveway was great for the kids bike rides. It is close to a great little beach on Lake Michigan (Kouw Park).Overall this is a great place for families.

Stayed Aug 30, 2024We really enjoyed our stay at Blu Springs. The house was very comfortable. We loved the swings by the fire pit and Tunnel Park beach was beautiful and just a short drive away. We would highly recommend this house!

Stayed Jul 16, 2023My family of 8 adults and 4 grandchildren stayed at this beautiful home in West Olive in mid july 2023. It was a wonderful property. The outdoor amenities are as beautiful as the indoors. The kitchen set up was fantastic with every imaginable small appliance one could think of. The pictures in the cabinets where things were stored, were very helpful too. My 6 yr old grandson loved the old school arcade game in the basement. Took the grandkids fishing at the fish and release pond. Pool water was a little cool but quickly adjusted to the temp. We had bonfires in the fire pit most nights. Coffee pot wasn’t working but spare was found in basement and the double pots actually worked out better. We did have a hot water issue that Plumbers attempted to remedy while we were there, but issue could not be fixed during our stay. That was an inconvenience, but I was compensated somewhat for that by the owner/management company. All in all we had a fantastic week.

Stayed Aug 1, 2021An absolutely outstanding property with everything we could have wanted, and an amazingly responsive hosting staff. We were 10 adults and 3 small children and the quality and condition of the house/pool/property/acreage were just splendid. And most amazing, we had one small qlitch (not even a real problem) when the water flow on the pool slide ceased running. We called and left a message at 5:10, not expecting to hear anything for a day or so. We got a callback for more details within 10 minutes, and had a pool technician on-site by 7:20 who cured the issue. Just totally awesome responsiveness! Once again, a truly outstanding vacation rental home.

Stayed May 28, 2021The property is extremely comfortable with many amenities including pool, jacuzzi, phenomenal kitchen (plus kitchen downstairs), and lots of space. We particularly enjoyed the firepit surrounded by swings. Minor problems with pool was remedied quickly and dishwashers not functioning.
