It was well stocked and the owner was very communicative! A lovely place close to the beach and the checkout process was so simple. I would absolutely stay here again!

The layout was very nice for two couples sharing the house. The view was spectacular!!!! Rosalie at the property management company was on top of all of our questions with immediate answers. Definitely a place we would like to revisit.

We had a delightful stay at Avila Beach in our cozy cottage. The view from the deck was even better than the photos show. Our weather was good so our deck time was plentiful and comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed a deck BBQ one evening. The beachy decor added to the ambiance of our stay. Customer service was spot on with the timing of our arrival, instructions for entering and responded to a request quickly. Walking to town was easy and scenic, walking back gave us good exercise up the hill. The town is charming, as always, and we had an amazing sunset dinner at Blue Moon on Avila Beach restaurant. The food, service and view were outstanding!!!! We would definitely stay here again. Thank You Avila Beach House for a wonderful Coastal Vacation!!!

Great location!

The house was in a great location and very clean. It is also set up well to accommodate families. There were just three of us adults but it could easily have accommodate more children. We had plenty of room on the deck to sit out and enjoy the fresh air. You get a view of the pier but there is a new house that blocked the ocean view. We still enjoyed the hummingbirds and the beautiful weather listening to the waves. Communication was good as well with the property manager.

Great location!

This property is a gem. We loved the view and the central location. It was an easy drive (less than 15 minutes) to everything we wanted to see. The kitchen was fully equipped and clean. The custom wood work throughout the property was extremely well done. We would definitely stay again.

The house came equiped with everything we needed. However, I recommend they include a broom downstairs and a trash bin in every room.
