The view from this property was stunning!

Stunning view! Beautiful property. Really easy to walk to from the boat drop off and close to the main street and grocery store. Easy walk to the botanical gardens. I like how central the location was but still had the off the beaten path feel.

We had a lovely stay at this property. The view from the patio alone is worth it. Very close to the shops and restaurants, everything we wanted to see and do was within walking distance.

Our stay at this beautiful condo on Catalina Island was absolutely fantastic! The panoramic views of the island and the harbor were simply breathtaking. The condo itself was stunning, with comfortable beds and a fully stocked kitchen that made our stay feel like home.The location couldn’t be better—just a 2-5 minute walk to all the best restaurants and the charming seafront street. It was so convenient to explore the area.I also want to highlight the supportive hosts, who were incredibly responsive and provided assistance whenever needed. Their warm hospitality made our experience even more enjoyable.I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to soak in the beauty and charm of Catalina Island. I can't wait to return!

It was a nice place

Beautiful view, close to town but lots of steps to carry luggage up. Good amenities and equipped kitchen. The beds/pillows were not very comfortable. Overall we enjoyed the spaciousness and sitting on the balcony with the wonderful view.

Our family had a really nice comfortable stay here. It is centrally located with incredible views. But not easy to find especially when you are dragging your luggage up the steep hill. Would help if we were given an image of what the place looks like upon given the entrance codes.

Location, views, and ease of check-in were outstanding! Everything was flawless with our vacation to Avalon at this beautiful property and we highly recommend this cozy home to everyone. We cannot wait to return!

Fantastic location and views. Easily walkable to all major location. No need for a golf cart unless driving the loop around Avalon. Definitely one of the best rentals in Avalon.

We went out memorial Day weekend. Be aware the owner of the building lives above. Sunday when we were there- they were painting and working on the house all day. The owner sat on the lower stairs for the entire afternoon steps away our side balcony. Very odd. Sunday- and again this is memorial Day weekend.This place was poorly cleaned by the owner- pubic hairs in both showers- dusty- and we were provided with one paper towel for the entire weekend. This place is great with a view- just wish they put in some effort to clean and the owner not hanging right next to us all day Sunday.

Property has amazing views of hills, Avalon, and ocean. Very peaceful and relaxing. Close to just about everything.

We had a great stay at this location. The view is unbeatable and the location to the town and the boat drop off was incredible. A short 5-7 minute walk from where the boat dropped us off and we were home away from home. The house was very clean and spacious and the two decks provided great views. The only down side was the lock box would not open and the management company did not respond to open the door. Fortunately the owner was nearby and provided us with her key. Other than that, we had a great time.

Great stay at this location, incredibly close to everything and very homey. Beautiful view and the place had everything we needed. Would absolutely recommend this place!

This place has a great view. There are some stairs to get to it so if you have heavy luggage you will need to carry it up. The rooms are nice and the bathrooms are clean and modern. The balcony is fantastic to enjoy the view of the city.

We enjoyed our short stay here. The listing was accurate and, the house was super clean, and the views were outstanding!

This is a beautiful property! All windows looking at the town, harbor and casino building. Close to everything. Very accommodating. One bedroom has a queen and a twin with an ensuite bathroom; the other bedroom has a king with a bathroom right outside. Loads of kitchen things: dishes, pots and pans, etc. There were spices, S&P, and coffee filters. Property manager told us these things weren't there but they were. The only downside (if you can call it that) is that there are very steep stairs from the street up to the property. And hauling suitcases up was pretty difficult. But outside of that we loved it. The deck is also so so nice!

This rental was amazing. great view and walking distance to the beach. great cardio exercise walking up the couple flights of stairs after a long day of eating and drinking ?. Would definitely recommend staying here

Great house with a stunning view of Avalon bay and a 5 minute walk to town. A friend of mine and I took her teenagers (there were 3) and they could just walk to the beach, town, etc. which was great. Although we had June gloom, the view from the house and the deck made hanging out there very enjoyable. I also liked that the bedrooms are on opposite sides of the house and is divided by the kitchen so lots of privacy and very quiet.
