117V - Modern Avalon house, WIFI, Golf Cart and patio with BBQ, Ocean Views

The view was Beautiful but for the amount of money you charge we were surprised to see cobwebs all over the living room windows on the inside. Also no beach towels could be found. Propane tank was empty and all 3 outside lights on the upstairs patio were burned out. I expected better for the amount of money you charge and all that expect us to do when we leave. We did do everything that was asked as well as washed all the bath towels and left them folded in the laundry room. Also one envelope of laundry detergent for 6 people is a joke. I will say the view from upstairs and the kitchen were Amazing.

Golf cart may need brakes look at.... Ask janitorial team to clean the spider webbing outside. Need cushions for the kitchen table outside in back.... Have internet Wi-Fi information on the refrigerator door. More screens on windows for air. Front door needs a screen door for air circulation. No air conditioning should be mentioned prior to renting.

Our stay was wonderful. The home was comfortable, accommodating, and convenient! We'd stay there again!

This place was amazing. From the beautiful view to the decor and everything that it offered like board games and a fire pit upstairs it felt like I brought home with me. I love the perk of the golf cart. That was very helpful. My son had a tournament on the island so getting them to the field back-and-forth was perfect. It was a great distance from the town just a 2 to 5 minute walk away.

We loved staying at this house. Everything from the check in process to the house being in a good location and being comfortable and well appointed. Would stay here again.

The property was as listed and the view from the primary was amazing and the golf cart was a great addition!

Great place to stay! The view was amazing. We got a flat tire on the golf cart during the first night. I contacted the Catalina vacations office and Wendy responded right away. They sent maintenance over within 30 minutes and it was up and running! Thank you for the excellent service. Will definitely stay here in the future.

The house was great! Perfect location and having the golf cart was a big plus. Rooms were all a nice size and the kitchen had everything we needed. Plus two big tables (inside and out) for eating with a group.

Great property and location, easily accessible to Avalon restaurants, shops, and activities. The kitchen, bedrooms, top deck, and amenities were fantastic. Property manager was responsive and helpful. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Beautiful place! Super comfortable beds! Golf cart was below average and only sat 4. With a place that sleeps 8 it should have had at least a golf cart for 6. Balcony fireplace not operational. No tissues available. Bottom line- would stay there again if it had bigger golf cart.

Clean, great location. The golf cart was a huge plus. Loved the desk upstairs with the gorgeous view. Great back patio and BBQ. All fantastic!

Absolutely gorgeous home! This was the first time using this site. We booked based on the location map which was incorrect but location was beautiful (only reason it wasn’t a 5*)We were just hoping for less hills. The golf cart included was a plus but only holds 4 people so we had to make trips or part of our group walked. If needing to get a hold of the host prior to your booking they didn’t respond to the messages on the site. However, did respond when I called and were really responsive when we arrived and a remote for the TV was misplaced. Only thing missing was beach towels but everything else we needed was there.
