108MT#2 - Prime location on the hillside of Avalon overlooking harbor W/ GOLF CA

Stayed for two nights in July, and we were very impressed with the natural view from the balcony. Also, having a personal golf cart with the property saved us money and time. The house was clean, and the beds were comfortable, so thats all that mattered.

The property is beautiful and comfy. The view is amazing! I love the bed that sits outside on the porch. Definitely a great choice for the most part. My only two complaints are communication with the host before and during the trip. And the golf cart parking brake did not work when parking on any incline. I reached out to receive no resolution and I was late for my tour. All in all I will remember this being a great trip. Thank you.

My wife and I’ve been to Catalina several times and this is the first time we’ve stayed on this side of Avalon. The views from the balcony are amazing. It’s like seeing Avalon a whole new way. The units were cleaned and very accommodating, and the inclusion of the golf cart was an absolute wonderful thing to have. We will definitely be booking back here our next trip.

Location, location, location! Breathtaking views, clean, comfortable, golf cart.

Great unit. Had everything we needed. The view was spectacular. Having a covered deck allowed us to sit and enjoy the rain.

We loved our stay. Very pleasant and helpful host. Amenities were lovely and issues resolved quickly. We loved the location and view, and especially loved having the golf cart! Would stay again.

This property is postcard perfect. The views are the absolute best on the island There is plenty of room everything is clean. Golf cart is included and man that was so nice. We could easily walk to downtown (using the stairs be forwarded it’s 130 stairs). There is an absolutely wonderful porch that has a bed where you can sleep. Do not miss that! Once in a lifetime experience. The only negative I would give this property is the beds. The mattress really need to be replaced on porch and queen size bedroom. We had an adult party of 4 and had an extremely wonderful memorable experience.

The property was well maintained, clean, and had the essentials for either being out or staying in.

This place was fantastic! The location was spot on and the view was spectacular. Wild life was abundant and the locals were very helpful and friendly. The unit had everything we needed from transportation to body wash. It was clean and extremely comfortable; the beds were cozy and felt terrific after walking all over the island. Whatever your needs are, such as groceries or a mimosa, it was easily accessible.Side note* there a plenty of stairs so take caution with luggage and groceries.

We had a great stay! Repeatedly made use of both the golf cart and the short walk into town, enjoyed the balcony (including the balcony bed!) as well as the nice bedrooms, bathrooms, living room and kitchen. Looking forward to returning to Catalina sometime soon!

Stayed here with my family and had a wonderful time. The stairs to downtown are very close and convenient. The golf cart and day bed were wonderful to have.
