10 Minutes To Monarch Mountain, the Arkansas River and 10 Minutes To Salida!

This house was beyond expectations- absolutely beautifully decorated, clean, an abundance of necessities (towels, laundry soap, kitchen supplies), and in an AWESOME location. Lisa, the property manager, made sure all of our needs were met and was very easy to get a hold of and communicate with, if needed. Would 10/10 recommend! We hope to be able to visit this beautiful, mountain home again.

Lisa was great! The communication was perfect. She was there for any questions I had. My family was visiting from Kentucky and the house was perfect, cozy, and accommodating for all 7 of us, and we still had plenty of room. Being a local from Colorado we will definitely be booking this property again. Thank you for sharing your home with us and allowing me and my family to make great memories!

Stayed here early March for a weekend ski trip to Monarch. Worked out perfectly for our adult group of 7. Right off the main road, short trip to Salida to eat dinner, made it to the mountain in 10min in the mornings.

Host was great! Allowed us to check in early, which was really nice and allowed us to prepare dinner for guests who were arriving later. Home was in immaculate condition and a perfect location for quick access to skiing at Monarch and amenities in Poncha Springs/Salida. Will definitely be booking again!

The host was EXTREMEMLY accommodating and let us check out whenever was convenient. The location was so much more than what the picture showed. The location was awesome, right next to My. Shavano (Bluebird) rentals, and only a 15 minute drive from Monarch Mountain. Our stay was awesome!

Perfect cabin for our ski getaway. 10 minutes to Monarch Mountain and the cabin was cozy and had everything we needed.

We came up for a family cousin trip, all adults, and this house was perfect!! It is spacious and had all the amenities we needed. We especially loved being able to sit around the big table all together! The view of the fall colors was so beautiful. The host is so kind and had great communication with us. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a very nice stay for our group of four adults. Beautiful home with lots of games and puzzles. Fun decor. Everything we needed to cook a few meals and enjoy some wine. The deck was nice and the weather perfect to enjoy a bit of time outside.

The Shavano Vista was a fabulous spot for our family vacation. It was the perfect location to do all the things we had planned and the property itself was maintained perfectly. My family and I went rafting nearby and stayed at this incredible home — we loved it so much we hardly wanted to leave! The house was spotless, spacious, and had absolutely stunning views. The property manager was fantastic and stayed in touch throughout the entire process. This place is truly a gem. A must-stay if you’re in the area!

This was the perfect spot for our family to go skiing. We will stay again. We read all the past reviews and they were accurate. Nicely furnished, great deck and room for all of us. Love having the 3 bathrooms and the room with bunk beds, besides the rooms shown in the pictures. Beautiful view was a bonus!
