1 Mi to Boat Launch: Crystal River Home w/ Dock

Perfect location for scalloping and proximity to town. Easy access to water and has nice dock. It does get very shallow at low tide so anything larger than 20ft boat may be questionable if you plan to leave it tied up. House is clean and has everything we needed, spent most time on the water with where it is located.

Very nice rental. Clean, with a lot of room. But the canal gets really shallow. We had to time the tides when taking our boat out.

We loved the place and the boat access. FYI the toilet in the extra bedroom runs and the hosebib won't shut off completely by the grill. It was clean,quiet and the couches and king bed were very comfortable. Thanks for sharing your home.

The place was in a great location , but pretty outdated. The furniture was wore out , the bedroom FANS need to be replaced and were very noisy and hard to sleep . The day bed was terrible and wore out , also has pee stains all over mattress cover . The sliding glass door on the screen porch was very hard to open and lock. We were not able to use the screened in porch much due to mosquitos and gnats coming in through openings in screen. Please also need a can opener!!! I had to open cans with a knife and very frustrating.. We were disturbed with checking out because a man showed up at 9:30 and was digging through trash and walking around property. We felt rushed to check out … The trash situation needs to be more clear . We still enjoyed our stay and these things didn’t ruin our trip , but wanted yall to have feedback

This is a great place to stay if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of tourism. The house offers many amenities and a lovely lanai. It is located between the town of Crystal River and the Gulf coast beach with access to several boat launches. The house was quite clean with the exception of 2 area rugs There was an issue with the sheets not being available or just worn out but other than those 2 complaints, the house was quite enjoyable.

Clean and peaceful

This was the perfect place to stay on our week trip to Crystal River for kayaking and snorkeling with the manatees. Location in about 4 miles out of town with a 8-10 minute drive to all the tour places. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a drip coffee maker. Beds were comfortable and the canal location was exotic and very safe.We would definitely stay here again.

This place was absolutely beautiful. The space under the house was very convenient for washing dive gear and letting it drip dry, and the screened in porch was a great place to sit, watch the sunrise, and listen to the birds sing. Would definitely recommend.

The place was in a quiet area. We were really looking forward to an outside campfire but there wasn’t one. Of you have a boat it would be easy access to tons open water.?

We wanted a place to base our Crystal River exploration 3-day vacation in a place other than a hotel room. this house fit our expectations and more. The hammock in the yard and the dock on the canal was appreciated for our kayak access to Crystal River.

We love this area of Crystal River- the house was perfect for a weekend get away with great access to the channel. We will stay here again.
