This is the second year we've had a group of over 25 people for a family reunion. The space is absolutely perfect for large groups. With two standard kitchens in the main lodge and a commercial style kitchen in the rec room meals, which are often the difficult aspect of large groups, are very easy to accomplish. The large freezer and fridge in the rec hall are a great asset. There is tons of sleeping space and the rec room has everything needed for large group entertainment; puzzles, games, TV, ping pong, pool, swimming pool and hot tub. The kayaks, canoes, and paddle boats were constantly used and such a nice activity to have available. There really isn't anything lacking at this property and we definitely look forward to going back.

We had a fantastic 20+ person family vacation here. The entire lodge including common areas, bedrooms and bathrooms was very clean. All time not sleeping was spent in the lower recreation building. The large amount of seating, table space, two bathrooms, and commercial kitchen made it perfect for all activities. Adults could be inside playing games while able to watch kids in the pool. The rec hall kitchen was equipped with everything we needed but being able to snag something out of one of the several other kitchens in a pinch was also very helpful. All bedrooms had plenty of storage for clothing and luggage. The location was also great, as the grocery store and cute shops in the quaint little town was only 10 minutes or so away. We absolutely loved staying here and already booked for next summer.

We enjoyed our family vacation with over 20 people. The house was very nice and used mainly for sleeping. The rec hall was the best part even though it needs some love. The cooking capacity for our group was perfect as it has a large industrial style kitchen (even had lots of cooking utensils/pots and pans, etc.) and the rest of the hall was perfect to hang out and had space for the small children to run. The pool was enjoyable but at 68 degrees was a bit chilly. We understood it to be a heated pool but were informed not to turn it above 80 degrees. We could not find the thermostat and were then told not to touch it. We have stayed in many other homes where the water was 84 and comfortable for everyone (kids/grandparents alike). It seems petty but the pool is important to us when needing to keep kids entertained. Instead we made do and many took advantage of the kayaks/canoe and went on the lake instead. The view was beautiful and Westcliffe was quiet and fantastic. My only complaint was it was a bit overpriced. We have stayed in newer larger homes for less money. I am assuming being in the middle of the mountains is the reason for the price. We would stay here again and would recommend it.

My family and I had a great stay! We had a wonderful thanksgiving lunch with family and friends. The space to preparing for the meal to cooking to enjoying our meal was more than enough room for all 18 of us. The games and area for kids to play was great. The hot tub was a big hit as well. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone! We are already discussing a stay in the summer as well!

We enjoy the stay and the neighbors were great. We did a lot of fishing we did a lot of catch and release due to the size and limit. Plenty of room for everyone and kitchen in rec hall is the best to use with large groups

Spacious mountain cabin was perfect for our growing family! There is enough isolated space to get babies down for a nap while the older children and adult could still interact! The family room, pool, hot tub and big kitchen are away from the bedroom so there was always a quiet place to go. The cabin is well stocked! Everything we “forgot” to pack, we found in a cabinet somewhere!

The entire wedding party and their + 1’s were comfortably able to all stay in this one location. Having the lake and fun things to do on the property was an added bonus. Property managers were great to work with.

Our family was very pleased in this property. Needs some TLC and updates to the listing (pool table, ping pong table, grills, ect..) My contact was very prompt in getting back with me on any questions or concerns I had. All of the kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms were fully stocked and had everything anyone would ever need. There were plenty of pool toys and lake boats for all of us. I highly recommend staying here and would likely book this again myself. Thank you
