Stayed Sep 19, 2025This quaint little cottage is exactly as it is listed! The cottage had everything that you would need. The beds were extremely comfortable. There.was plenty of space for all if us tomrelax in the living.The views were absolutely stunning.. all day and night! The wildlife views and sounds did not disappoint! The views of the stars were spectacluar! This was an absolute hidden gem! And only about 15 minutes into town, this was the perfect place.to stay!

Stayed May 26, 2023This wonderful house on a ranch is remodeled with guests in mind. Every area is comfortable and homey. We appreciated that there were two bedrooms with twin beds and two bedrooms with queen beds. This suited our family of young adults well. The kitchen is spacious and open to the living room. It is well equipped for preparing meals. The bathrooms were fresh and clean. The house has charm and the views are spectacular! The view from the front porch of snow capped peaks made us feel like we were staying in a screen saver. We saw elk right across the road. I appreciated enough towels, toilet paper, and supplies for a week. My family highly recommends staying at this house on a ranch.

Stayed Jun 16, 2023We absolutely loved it here. The views are incredible and the house was very clean and cozy. Beds were very comfortable which is not always the case with rentals. 15 minute drive to Westcliffe and 40 minutes to Salida. We will be back for sure!

Stayed Jun 12, 2023The photos on the listing don't do this cottage justice. The outside is plain for sure, and sits on a dirt road. Didn't expect the dirt road being from the Cincinnati OH area. But, the house was wonderful. The inside is nicely done with an open first floor plan and the accomodations were comfortable. We were there for a wedding at Hillside, about a mile away. Perfect spot. We were about 15 miles out from downtown Westcliffe, where we did our grocery shopping and dining. No 5 star ding spots, but some pretty good ones. I would definitely rent this place again!

Stayed Apr 15, 2022Absolutely loved the property!! Jen responded quickly to questions I had regarding my stay. During our stay we had a large herd of Elk across the road in the evening and again in the morning.
