Escape with Nature! 2 Garden View Rooms Near Three Sister Springs! Pool, Parking

First of all, nothing in your add told us that this was in Plantation, which makes it difficult to find since you cant see it from the road. Google maps puts it in another location. There was no where to say that you needed ground floor, since there is no elevator, and we were ave age 70. The beauty and location is the redeeming value.

Front desk disorganized, room not ready by 4, moldy bathrooms and floor dirty, asked to turn off ac and they broke it and never came back to dix

The property is pretty! Staff was very nice & helpful. The area has been hit by a few storms & there was clean-up/remodeling going on all over the area. The rooms do not have microwaves in them, but the staff helped us with that situation. :) Rooms are not as clean as I would have liked, but they are big! It's nice that the toilet is separate from sink & vanity area. Hot water & water pressure was outstanding!! I enjoyed a long hot shower! Doors from the room to the outside was awesome! Pool & hot tub area is beautiful!

Pluses: great location, clean, friendly staff, nice pool, great tiki bar and restaurant. Convenient onsite activities. Minuses: buildings are old and not in great repair. No AC for several days and maintenance crew was disinterested in fixing it. Manager would never return repeated calls. Elevator broken the entire week we were there.
