Slow down and settle into Orchard Retreat, a spacious private guesthouse surrounded by open Colorado countryside, mountain views and beautiful evening skies.

Located above a detached residential garage on more than 15 peaceful acres north of Longmont, this approximately 1,100-square-foot guesthouse comfortably accommodates up to four guests. The entire two-bedroom, one-bath home is yours, with a private entrance and no shared indoor spaces.

The open great room features generousleather seating, wide mountain views and a 75-inch smart Fire TV. The full kitchen is equipped for real cooking, with extensive cabinetry, a large island, full-size appliances, a Keurig coffee station and an adjoining dining area. Both vaulted bedrooms have queen Tempur-Pedic mattresses. The guesthouse also includes central heating and air conditioning, a tiled shower and a full-size washer and dryer.

Outside, guests have a dedicated patio with shaded seating, string lights and a hammock. Guests may also walk through the vineyard rows.

Orchard Retreat is located on an active working farm and private family property. The apple orchard, unlandscaped farm areas, owner parking and the area between the garages are not included in the rental. A friendly, geo-fenced German Shepherd lives on the property and may be visible in owner areas; guests should not approach her or any other farm animals.

The guesthouse is reached by 22 interior stairs with a handrail. Household vehicles may enter or leave the garage below approximately twice per day, so guests may occasionally hear the garage door. The owners live approximately 100 feet away and are available if assistance is needed while respecting guests’ privacy.

The setting feels distinctly rural and peaceful while still offering convenient access to Longmont and an inviting base for trips to Lyons, Boulder, Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park.
