• Shared Property: This Casita is a guest house located on the same lot as a larger main home (Mango Bay Pool House). You may see other guests in the driveway/entry area.
• No Pool Access: Guests of the Casita do not have access to the pool on the property.
• Starter Supplies: We provide a starter pack of paper products. For month-long stays, guests are responsible for replenishing their own toiletries and supplies.

• Occupancy: Max occupancy is 4 guests.

• Smoking: Strictly no smoking anywhere on the premises (includes electronic/vape devices).
