Description

Our cottage is a great rental for visiting Newport area. It has 1 bedroom, sleeps 4 with pull-out couch. Very close to First Beach (Easton's Beach) as well as local shops and restaurants. Full bath, washer and dryer, outdoor shower. We offer nightly (2 night minimum) and weekly rentals. Separate parking from other units on the property. Great getaway for a couple with or without kids.

We ask for a lease to be signed upon payment. The lease will be emailed to you separately. The cleaning fee includes cleaning and linens.

We enjoyed our stay here since we could walk to the beach and restaurants. The cottage was clean, but small as the photos show. Best for just 2 or 3 people. Very quiet neighborhood. Short drive to downtown area and the mansions. The wi-fi wouldn't connect for us, but no other issues.

This little cottage was everything we needed it to be. The location is fantastic with plenty of things to do near by! We will stay here again!

Great location for beach access. Cottage is mostly well outfitted (could benefit from a toaster & a n oven mitt). The bathroom however is tiny (smallest sink we'd ever seen). Therefore the price seemed a bit steep.
