This restored farmhouse is beautifully situated in the GA/NC mountains amidst rolling hills of vineyards and beautiful views. This homey farmhouse has original wood floors throughout and is exquisitely decorated. It is perfectly situated to look over the entire vineyard.

This two bedroom quaint cottage features two queen bedrooms with a Jack & Jill style bathroom, along with a sleeper sofa in the living room. Sit out on either of the two patios and overlook the vineyard or cozy upon the settee with a good book. This is a very charming house with a lot of character.

The Vineyard at High Holly is a working vineyard, vacation destination, and beautiful event venue. The vineyard is nestled on 30 acres of land in the picturesque Blue Ridge Mountains, between Clayton, GA and Highlands, NC.

As a guest you are welcome to explore and revel in the Vineyards beauty. There are walking paths throughout, a pond, several gardens with dahlias, vegetables, and flowers, 10.5 acres of grapes, and much more!

In addition, there is a very cool community area for our on-property guests to enjoy. It is a great place to hang out and enjoy the vineyard. It is equipped with a fire pit, bocce ball court, cornhole game, charcoal grills, and The Market; which has gifts, swag, provisions and more for purchase.

The area is known for its pristine landscapes, lovely people, and activities for all ages! There is ziplining, hiking, waterfalls, horseback riding, rafting, boating, fishing, golf, tubing – all within 30 minutes of the vineyard.

In addition to all the things to do outside, there is also some of the best restaurants, shopping, antiquing, and spas, are just a stone's throw away.

House was fine - very charming - except for the cat pee smell and a bathtub that did not work. Also, we were not made award of the lockbox for house key until we had to ask.

If you are looking...look no further! This precious place has it all! Our family of 4 (boys ages 8 & 11) LOVED our stay here. The property is just beautiful; the farmhouse is so cozy & quaint; the location between Dillard/Clayton, GA & Highlands, NC was so ideal for going to restaurants & shopping! We took advantage of hiking the property; fishing in the pond; building a fire in the fire pit and then had some fun at the Highland Outpost for some snow-tubing! Rachel (property manager) was so prompt in communicating via the app and was kind enough to allow us a few extra hours on our check out day to allow us to come back and change after snow-tubing! We area already planning a trip back this summer to take advantage of all the fun summer activities!

I can't say enough about this pristine farmhouse! We were looking for some downtime in the mountains and this lovely farmhouse exceeded every expectation! When we pulled around the drive revealing a stunning vista of grape vines with a mountain backdrop, I was hooked! Upon entry to the home I kept gasping YES...YES....YES!!! Perfect!! So beautiful!! I'm never leaving!! I almost don't want to share its existence, lest I try to book and it's occupied, because we will ABSOLUTELY be returning! Rachel is wonderful and attentive to work with, and the vineyard property where this home is nestled, is snap out of a romance novel. The beds were very comfortable, and the decor charmed throughout! I could tell great thought was in every detail. I just read my review to my husband who echoed my sentiments saying, that is spot on, so there ya go... top reviews from both genders! Look no further!

We had a lovely stay at the Farmhouse! The communication with Rachel (the property manager) was very easy and she responded very quickly to my questions. The welcome packet I received via email was great and gave a lot of suggestions for local tips and things to do in the area. The directions to the property were thorough and helpful. The Farmhouse was clean and decorated beautifully. We enjoyed sitting on the two porches, listening to the birds, looking at the vineyard, and eating some of our meals. out there. We walked around the vineyard and went to a wine tasting that happened to be scheduled during our stay there. The stars are beautiful at night and we enjoyed stargazing in the evenings. The location is great and near Highlands (which has many great restaurants) and also adjacent to a lot of hiking and waterfalls We had a fabulous time and would love to stay here again in the future!

For a quiet weekend or weeklong retreat, this is a near perfect place. Our stay in the Farm House cottage overlooking the vineyard and events pavilion was both relaxing and engaging. Enjoy early morning or evening walks around the perimeter of the property where you can take in the beauty of the vineyard, say hello to the neighbor’s cows (and during our spring time stay, baby calves!) and just listen to the birdsongs. This may just turn into an annual return for us!
