Wine Country Cottage in downtown Santa Rosa, CA

We stayed for a girls weekend for a napa get away. and we brought the dog and it was a great stay. And clean too. Easy for a home base. And it was affordable. Would stay again

The property was clean and well maintained, which we appreciated. However, it was definitely on the smaller side, with very limited closet and bathroom space. The beds were advertised as queen-size, but they felt more like full-size beds, and the mattresses were not very comfortable. Upgrading to more comfortable mattresses would make a big difference for future guests.

This cottage is simply adorable! Everything in order! Would definitely come back again in the future!

Tim and Caroline’s cottage was perfect for our two night stay. We loved how close it was to the shops and restaurants in downtown Santa Rosa. Definitely recommend.

Very cute property. Just what we needed for a night, Close to downtown. Parking available. I would say to warn people about the skylights in the bedroom, since there was a lot of light all night and morning coming through. Also, the toilet had an issue, but maybe just old pipes. Communication with owner was quick to respond.

Wonderful and charming cottage! Great location ... shops and restaurants close by within casual walking distance. Super clean with every amenity we needed. Hosts were communicative and very responsive to questions upon our arrival. Thank you, Tim and Caroline!

Peaceful setting, great neighborhood, all of the amenities provided were accessible and easy to use. Fenced in yard was such a nice feature for the dogs. The hosts were very responsive and gracious. I wish I lived here!

We came to the area for a wedding and stayed here for 2 nights. The cottage is adorable and spacious. Many restaurants and spots in town are less than a 10 min walk away. We had everything we needed during our stay and all instructions from the hosts were clear. We especially loved the outdoor area with the fire pit. We made some great memories here! Highly recommend staying here on your next trip to wine country.

The property was clean, comfortable, and absolutely’as advertised’ - only issues were a hairdryer that did not work, and coffee maker that did not work properly. We communicated these issues to the host. She was very responsive, but informed us she was unable to fix these issues. We had to purchase a hairdryer, and go out for coffee every morning. Other than that, everything was great. Loved the location and the cottage.

This place was such a nice place to relax. The town is within walking distance and the Italian restaurant next door was great. The bedroom has French doors that lead to a beautiful garden. This place was truly amazing. I am saving the info so that I may return.

This location was a great spot for our vacation to Napa and Sonoma, convenient drives from the location. The cottage was well maintained and very guest friendly. This may be the best equipped VRBO kitchen I’ve used. We cooked breakfast there daily. We’d stayed in Napa, Sonoma, and Petaluma on previous trips and found a lot about the Santa Rosa location to commend itself.

We stayed here while house was being painted. Loved it. Got to explore downtown and also relax in tranquil garden. House is charming . Well equipped. Great communication with owner . Would ssnd houseguests here ?

Well located, clean , cozy.

Enjoyed our stay in this cute cottage near downtown Santa Rosa. Location was great for day trips, the house is adorable, and the owner is very responsive. Also includes a large enclosed backyard area.

Had a couple minor issues. Host seemed very responsive. My main issue I will mention here is the male cologne smell on 2 of the pillows that really irritated me. The other items I’ll let the host know about. Overall a very nice place but needed a little more attention to detail.

The house is very nice & has everything you could need. Backyard was great & relaxing. Location was perfect to visit downtown. Caroline was helpful & responsive
