River Front Home with Amazing views and a shared private island!

Great stay! Entire family had a good time. Enjoyed the hot tub, fished the dock quite a bit and went for a couple hikes in the area. Lots of outdoor space to enjoy and there was a surprising amount of space inside as well.

Great location. We rented and docked a pontoon. A good time was had by all. Clean and roomy.

Great place to stay . Plenty of room , clean and meet our needs perfectly. Would definitely stay again if and when I come back to Michigan.

The house was great. Everyone had their own space. Nice and cool (air conditioning). Great large deck area. There are about 60 stairs to get to the river, I would keep that in mind depending on who is staying there (ie handicap, families with small babies) Beds inside home besides bunk beds were very firm, a little uncomfortable for our preference. Beautiful kitchen, Huge garage for toys or parking, we utilized it during a big rain storm. Mother in law suite was perfect to have our own space whenever we needed it with great air conditioning. Hot tub was a great bonus too. The couch was nice but fell apart often as we had two older toddlers and moms with babies sitting on it constantly. Had to remake (regroup/refluff) it quite a few times.

Hosted a fun family trip here and we had a blast. The kids had plenty to do with the nearby parks and beaches. The house is what you would expect from a house on the river, no frills just all the things you need to have fun. ProBeautiful viewsKitchen was updated and had all the utensils/pots you would need to cook/grill.Not a photo queen Vrbo with all those fancy pillows and misc trinkets everywhere, which was nice. Fishing from the dock was fun, could dock a boat there.Big rear porch with nice view and lots of stairs.ConsSome bugs and spiders here and there but that didnt ruin any of the fun. The guest house needs some updates, smells like grandma closet?

We rented this house to be close to family during a weekend gathering. It was really nice- the views and location on the water was beautiful. Bonus was the place was very cool during a heat wave too.

This was a nice getaway with my family nice private area with dock.

My group found this to be the perfect spot for a weekend get away. The deck and dock are fantastic and the hot tub was very clean. The park across the street is great for all ages. If you wanted to hit a beach there is a public park 5 minutes away with a nice one. I would recommend this property to anyone and would 100% book again!

Our group of 12 enjoyed our stay at Seth's and would recommend it to anyone looking to book in this area. We choose this location because part of our trip involved a day at MI Adventure which was only about a 45 min drive from the home. Communication to Seth was great when we reached out due to needing additional towels, he had them shipped next day. There was also an issue with the hot tub but when I informed him he made the drive the next morning to address the issue which was appreciated! We would rent this home again.

I live in Hawaii so I booked this on line and had numerous conversations with the owner of the property to answer any of my questions was plenty of things to do at the property and also has 2 parks near by Great time Thank you

We stayed here for a fishing trip. The inside of the house was clean but lacked a table and chairs to each meals at. The outside was good enough for our needs. We had a good time. Thanks.
