We loved this place! The property is picturesque and amazing. Our grandchildren loved seeing the big cargo ships going by. It was also great that we could bring our pontoon boat and keep it at the cottage dock. We used Keewaydin State Park to lauch our pontoon boat. It is literally around the corner to the cottage. It was great that we could take our own boat to Boldt Castle. We also were able to spend a lot of time fishing, which was very enjoyable and caught some really good size northern Pike. What is great about this place it is so relaxing just to sit out and enjoy the view and you can go to Alexandra Bay with so many things to do too. We plan on going back.

We all agreed the location of the campfire needs to move. Due to the stone outcroppings you can’t sit around it very comfortably or safely. The bedding and towels could use some refreshing and although the view out the front windows is wonderful it would have been spectacular if the windows were washed and abundant spider webs removed. Despite the above it’s a charming cabin and we all appreciated the opportunity to stay at this one-of-a-kind historic property.

The description of the property did not due it justice. The location could not be better. Privacy is great. Lots of space! Plenty of parking (which i was concerned about with 3 vehicles and 2 boats). Communication with the owners was very easy and dependable. It is all that we hoped for from a cottage on the st lawrence. Low water levels kept me from using the (overnight) docking but the state park is less than 5min away so we rented a slip. We wont have to look for a different place next year, hope to stay again!

I have been going there for 7 years it always ready for me at check-in time. I always get a message from Chuck if there’s something I should know about. Kitchen is great everything you need is there, last year they added an air fryer that was great.

We really enjoyed our Chuck's place in Linden Cove. Chuck was a great host. The house is cozy and well appointed. The shower was lovely. The very best part obviously the huge porch area in the front. We spent many hours watching the boats and rain on the river. Will definitely be back!

My father, my cousin and I visited for a week long fishing trip. It was a beautiful place with absolutely amazing views and a lot of privacy. This property also has two private docks, one of which was perfect for keeping the boat overnight and out of the current. We thoughly enjoyed our stay, it's an overall great place to say. We definitely plan on going back.

The cottage is cozy and comfortable. Some updates needed but this doesn't interfere with an overall great experience. The front of the cottage looks directly upon the St. Lawrence Seaway, with huge ships occasionally going by, and the location at the Thousand Islands is spectacular. The river water is crystal clear and kayaking and boating are superb. We loved it and plan to return.
